I think it's more like 1999 - excited, knowing it makes 'history' but terrified as well, waiting to see if Y2K actually happens! Grin

TensionWheelsCoolHeels · 18/09/2014 21:56

How soon do they start giving us the exit polls?

SantanaLopez · 18/09/2014 21:57

Oi, keep it civil.

No exit polls tonight!

SapphireMoon · 18/09/2014 21:57

This means so bloody much to me.
I am here feeling mildly pissed in the much maligned South East of England.
I won't sleep much tonight.
My Dad feeling ill today he so wants the UK to keep Scotland as part of it [Scottish long gone Mum]. He needs to calm down for his health.
Got loads to do tomorrow and I will be fit for nothing....

No-one's ever said anything like that to me before Rita, so it would be my guess you're simply an aberration. However, thank you very much for your contribution, which I'm sure reflects your true inner wisdom.

TensionWheelsCoolHeels · 18/09/2014 21:58

Grin This is def more like Y2K! Can you remember how terrified we all were out computers would just fart & die?

LovleyRitaMeterMaid · 18/09/2014 21:58

You enlighten us chelsy you're the one that keeps harking on about something I'm supposed to have said.

trixymalixy · 18/09/2014 21:58

Ugh, feel sick with nerves!

squoosh · 18/09/2014 21:59

Y2K bug was the biggest let down ever. This had better be more exciting!

SpecialAgentFreyPie · 18/09/2014 21:59

I have lurked all the way and I'd like to thank posters on both sides who helped me reach my choice.

I'll be up tonight, too nervous not too be!

Wynona · 18/09/2014 21:59

Really? Surely the No's will win.

LovleyRitaMeterMaid · 18/09/2014 22:00

So do us a favour and shut the fuck up and stop implying that I've said something against 'hard working scotswomen' when i have done nothing of the sort. Show me.

SantanaLopez · 18/09/2014 22:00

Well, that's it. All we can do is wait.

Terrified.

TensionWheelsCoolHeels · 18/09/2014 22:00

And it ends...

DaughterDilemma · 18/09/2014 22:00

OK that's it 10pm thankfully it's all over and I can stop annoying people with my Yes-talk. Smile

moggiek · 18/09/2014 22:01

Here we go ...

StatisticallyChallenged · 18/09/2014 22:01

It's really not that clear cut Wynona.

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 18/09/2014 22:03

Wheels Yes. Absolutely Terrified... and that was 'then' I hate to think what would happen if the same thing was a threat now!! Grin

flippinada · 18/09/2014 22:03

I remember 1999 being exciting, but not particularly nerve wracking.

And the polls have closed. That's it. Well know in a few hours.
