Blowjob in communal garden?!

New couple have just moved into our block of flats, seem nice enough on the few occasions I've seen them.

However, just come downstairs into the communal garden with a rug and dds football so she can have a run around in this nice weather to be comfronted with her on her knees giving him a blowjob...... I don't think I'm being unreasonable to think this is inappropriate at 4pm on a Thursday afternoon?!

They saw me and looked embarrassed and he hastily buckled up his trousers but I just said to dd that the neighbours were busy using the garden and we would come back later.... I think I'm still shocked tbh!

I am torn between calling out "Nice day for it!...will you be much longer?" or "jesusHchrist...have you no discretion?"

I encountered an active coupling once whilst walking the dog....he never really goes far but suddenly shot off into the trees, I looked to see what he had noticed and saw a bare arse thrusting away. Thankfully (for MrThrustybarearse I was walking dog2 with the excellent recall skills and not dog1 who knows best and would not have returned without a thorough investigationl.

Serenitysutton · 17/07/2014 22:11

Sharon they may log & investigate it but they don't just log it "for future reference" and do nothing as is often suggested on here.

ThatBloodyWoman · 17/07/2014 22:16

Serenity, the police will know if these people have any convictions/warnings though...

Nicknacky · 17/07/2014 22:19

As Serenity says, they won't log it. They will investigate and charge if there is evidence of a crime, especially if a sexual offence is reported.

AppleAndMelon · 17/07/2014 22:26

At least it wasn't a Friday ...

Redglitter · 17/07/2014 22:27

It's unlikely the police would come out. There's nothing ongoing and it's your word against theirs anything happened.

It WILL be logged. If you report any incident the a call is logged. Police don't necessarily need to attend bit it will be recorded.

A one off incident like this wouldn't merit them coming out but if it's the start of a pattern that's different

Hi Nickynack lol

Nicknacky · 17/07/2014 22:31

Hey red glitter!

It's strange the differences between forces, ours would certainly attend. What they would do is a different matter, would they would be duty bound to attend a report and investigate it where I am.

ThatBloodyWoman · 17/07/2014 22:31

Exactly Red.

I doubt the Police would respond if its the first time.

But we don't know if they have a dodgy pattern of behaviour thats been causing the police concern.

Calling it in gives them the opportunity to act if necessary.

ThatBloodyWoman · 17/07/2014 22:32

Sorry -cross post !

Redglitter · 17/07/2014 22:35

wow Nicky you attend every call that's logged? Jeezo that would be a nightmare for us thinking of half a dozen calls closed today with no attendance

Nicknacky · 17/07/2014 22:37

Not every one, no. Esp the stupid ones! But anything of this nature would get an attendance and very possibly CID notified about. But in fairness, our force got slated after a serious crime so better safe than sorry.

But hopefully anyone who did attend would have common sense and write it off accordingly!

RevoltingPeasant · 17/07/2014 23:10

I don't get why people keep saying there could be children in the garden after school. I thought OP said her toddler was the only child in the complex and they probably thought what are the chances.....

Grim but doesn't warrant police yet, and I seriously doubt they have priors.

noddyholder · 17/07/2014 23:16

Police ? A bit cringe yes but police ridiculous
