Dear heaven, someone has got confused between common law, natural law and fuck all to do with law.
It's too early in the day for this. Here is a double spaced version with arbitrary paragraphs. It states completely and without doubt that what they believe is common law is nothing to do with the Common Law as understood by any legal definition.
** Hi I know it's probs abit to late lol 8 months to late, but I just watched some thing about a freeman... Nd was trying to do some more research on becoming a freeman, basiclly I read the first couple of lines of your (you're for people who will start talking about grammar but I can spell I'm just typing really fast) anyways I don't know everything about a freeman but I understood a lot lol I watched 1 video of a freeman nd some guy on the internet, for 2 hours, anyways long let's cut to the chase... From what I understand... Which may be incorrect.. Basiclly there 3 rules, comman law... Let's say wer are cave men nd your living in a stone house with you're mum or dad or whoever you're really close to. Basiclly you know it would be wrong to twist there ankle nd break it...? Law 1 (injure) also if you hit them with a rock (harm) or stole there last bit of meat (causing someone a loss)
Them 3 laws nd stood because people knew right from wrong, so they never done those things, then as time went on people started to get more evolved ect ect and started adding little side laws like you can't go on here or On there These laws are not the laws of the common law, they are add ons, like back then there was no b/certificates they was free.. They was human beings, But now soon as you're registered at birth you become a person a person is some one with a name nd national insurance card (uk thing) when you're a human being you don't have nothing , no name no nothing.. If that makes sense...
Here's where I will try and explain my unsterstandimg of a freeman...But everyone is a person because ever since they made this new law that you have to register you're child at birth you the child never had a say in it because u well you're a baby, then you grow up believing that this is life with all these laws ect ect but dig a little deeper and what you find is the only laws that really count are the common laws I think of it as common send right from rong basiclly you know not you injury harm of cause some one to loss something which in sense does cover a lot of things but comeing back to the little laws that has been added on,
like il give you an example let's say public order offence... The police will arrest you for a section 5 ... Which is not one of the common laws as long as you haven't well basiclly stolen anything or beat any one up, it's a made up law by some one who Has been put in power by someone else ect who thought it would be a good idea to take aways some thing else from use as a person...
Not a human being tho,to make money from us the PERSON the this is what a lot of people don't understand, stupid little laws apply to the PERSON not the HUMAN BEING the human that you was born.. Then couple days later ya parents signed you up as a person soon as they stuck you're name on the birth certificate.. But the reason they stuck ya name on you're birth certificate was because well it's the law not a common law as you're not hurting or causing anyone a loss, you're just following protocol.. If some one said just in front of a bus if you was normal in the head you tell them were to stick it, so why are you following these added on laws? Well because u don't know no different, same as me, I lost where I was, but anyways moveing on
let's say you got a fine for littering... You don't have to abide by that as is not a common law, it's a made up law but some random people to get money out of us ... Come back to money later.... There's a reason why they started the birth certificate rule, well if no one was registered how could they prove who you are to get the money from you.. Get what I mean so to start the registration process which also they fine you now if you don't register you're child why.. Like what is the need to fine someone If they don't want to register there child, it's there choice if they say they want there child to be a freeman doesn't mean that child will grow up wanted to be on... Everyone has a choice!! If they don't want to register that child then so be it, when that child's old enough to do what it wants makes it's own choice then fine.. But this is the beginning of becoming a free man, a birth certifeice is basiclly a contract saying this child is no long a human being but is now a person, a person who has go obey every stupid little law they make up. You ever notice how you think you have to sign for everything?? Why it's cause that's it you admit you're that person on you're birth certificate... The one in which you had no say in lol anyways yeah where was I...
Yeah let's say you get a fine for speeding as this is a made up law if you're a freeman you don't have to pay that ticket I know people will say reh reh reh what's so differnt about freemans, well tbh u thought the same thing till I watched this video.. Basiclly a freeman is well free from the Laws that have been made up ( fictional laws) yeah they have probs been made up for a good reason but also to repay the ones who made them up.. In a nut shell...this why they made these laws so they can get money from us... Started from the begin a couple people thought I know let's get everyone to register there babies so we know who's who? Yes. Then let's build some roads.? Then some big buildings.. Oh crap how we going to do this people won't do all this for free, ok let's offer them some sort of repayed.. Money okay let's tell them we will give them money when it's finshed...what's that mean.. Debt.. Lots nd lots of debt so anyways once they bought in these new laws like basiclly you register ya baby withing 30 days or whatever... Or as a caustion we will fine you a 1000 pounds where that 1000 quid go back to the people they promised to pay from the begin so basiclly they are offering you somthing saying register ya child and we won't fine you. So people get intimidated and get there child signed.
This now means that child has a name and a trace, to start paying the debts made by other people? Because if you don't know bout the only 3 common laws that everyone has to abide to not to injure harm or loss, remember that even if you're not a free man, let's do a little experiment next time you break any stupid adding on law from littering to let's say trespassing, when let's say the police officer ( they are called officer because they have signed a contract) or a sercurity officer stops you and says what's you're name you Have a choice you can tell them .. Or you don't..
Member evey one has a choice! Now all you say is have I broken the law they will at yes under sections 67 of the criminal act 1997 or what ever, you say no officer I have not broken the common law.. Maybe there made up law.. Not the common law so they can't actually do you for it,, only if you agree and sign there paper work that's a contract to say yes I admit what iv done prosecute me basiclly.
Now if you continue to argue the case about you have not broken any laws , they might eventually get the point and leave you be or they will probly try be like we going to arrest you Now if they arrest what are they actully arresting you for? Not braking the law noooope, I can gaurentee if you get more clued up as I'm going to, I bet you any money they will be putting you into there car to either scare you, or take u to the station just so they can get your prints and you will be let off scot free, why cause technically you haven't broke the common law and who makes these laws, the government, who pays them you? Why because they have you on record, if your a freeman I don't no how you go about it but you don't pay tax (uk only) but then again if you're ill nd need to hospital or fire brigade, well you're not a really freeman lol because when you're a freeman you don't belive in things like orginizations, because they was made by the government if you don't belive in the government then you're not going to pay them right? I may be wrong but I'm still learning. I what to become a freeman not so I can get away with paying fines nd avoiding the criminal system..
But just because I belive in the common law.. I know right from wrong I know not to kill someone to harm them nor am I to Brake someone's leg, nor am I going to go and do some fraud to curse some one loss! Please if someone has took the time to read this nd is a freeman or even is someone who knows why I'm saying or knows anywhere in there where I'm wrong or I missed out because I prob said I would come back to something nd missed it or got diverted from it please let me know.. Remember try this experiment, I'm going to do it if it works I shall do it again with differnt ppl and video it and youtube it to prove if you know what you're saying or on about you can get away with not listen to the silly little laws that always end up in one way or another makeong you pay some cash..

I'm going to find the street wardens and stop them in front of me and thro some rubbish on the floor and try and talk my self around there laws with the 3 common laws...
