...whilst on a public engagement must have either a) a screw loose or b) major exhibistionistic tendencies?

She has clearly made a policy of eschewing hem weights.

She knew she would be getting into a helicopter.

It looks like she is commando, although I suppose there is the possibility of a dental floss g-string.

I'm just Shock

I just want to point out again that William and Harry do not receive payment from the civil list.

They have inheritances from their Mother and I think Prince Charles (also not on the civil list) chucks them a Bob or two?

I am no Royalist by the way but I'm not rabidly anti either. Just a bit "meh".

The Queen has done well by us though I reckon.

TheThreeCheesesOfTheApocalypse · 26/05/2014 20:23

She has a lovely arse Envy

FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 20:24

Andrew I was on the DM having a nosey at what the slathery DM readers were saying re UKIP quake, and was having a general mooch round the sleb section when the story broke.

I was extremely sceptical about the 'bare bottom' bit so went to look for myself.

OP posts:
FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 20:27

Worra she has hardly taken prudent steps to ensure she ^doesn't* flash her arse now has she?

Yes ThreeCheeses she has. Mine was like that at one point in the last millenium

OP posts:
Joylin · 26/05/2014 20:30

She's always flashing in public and then pretending to be outraged at the media for publishing it. The young royals are trying to sell themselves as celebrities to appeal to enough idiots so they can maintain their privilege.

TillyTellTale · 26/05/2014 20:31

YABU for linking to the Bild "newspaper". This is far worse than linking to the DM. We're in the territory of the Sun here.

I will remember you did this.

FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 20:35

Sorry Tilly. I'd never 'eard of 'em. Honest.

(Although i suppose the editorial decision re. pictures of commando princesses should have been a clue Blush)

OP posts:
guitarosauras · 26/05/2014 20:38

I think she has a nice bottom so why not?

TillyTellTale · 26/05/2014 20:39

A likely story. I bet you live in Berlin and buy a copy every day. Admit it!

FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 20:41

I just want to point out again that William and Harry do not receive payment from the civil list.

Salmo you have heard of the succession? You know this won't be the status quo? We will be funding the D and D of C directly before too long.

At which point do you anticipate her taking steps to preserve some modesty? Pre or post her coronation? She is making a nonsense of the whole (tenuous) justification for monarchy. It really isn't much of a business plan without basic dignity.

Onesleeptillwembley · 26/05/2014 20:42

It's nothing we've not seen many times before. Think she gets a perverse pleasure from it, surely nobody is that thick, even if she is bone idle.

ouryve · 26/05/2014 20:43

I can't say that I've cared enough to notice that this has happened.

FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 20:44

Tilly does this look like a face sullied by a regular diet of smut? Smile

guitar well i don't make a habit of it? Do you? And how are dignitaries supposed to maintain small talk and a straight face all the time wondering if she's got any drawers on?

OP posts:
FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 20:46

Exactly wembley and I find it disturbing.

... talking about arses, I have to share this - been keeping it to myself for ?two years (can't remember when Kate 'n Wills got married). So: here goes - I think the Pippa Bridesmaid Dress was just a bit - well - vulgar. Too tight, too low in t'front. Too 'let's take attention away from my big sis, ha ha ...' OK for a Register office wedding in Slough but hardly right for some biggie ceremony in Westminster Abbey.

[Now donning tin hat and retreating to underground bomb shelter]

FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 20:50

All right OP we'll find you Not Guilty of reading Bild-Zeitung on your plea of guilty to the lesser offence of reading the Daily Hate Mail Grin

oldgrandmama · 26/05/2014 20:55

Ahem, one of my marriages was 'celebrated' in the Slough Register Office, so no offence intended to that establishment. Actually, I wore a pink suit and a wig (it was 1968).

GatoradeMeBitch · 26/05/2014 20:56

It's not the first time the wind has lifted her skirt up, and it's clearly not bothered her enough to do anything about it. This must be the third time I've seen a shot of her arse Grin

It's high time the Queen sent seamstresses over to sew weights in her hems!

TillyTellTale · 26/05/2014 20:56

It really isn't much of a business plan without basic dignity.

Actually, I take issue with this. Royals being immodest is entirely in the tradition of royalty. They got dressed to an audience. I'm not even sure the Tudors shagged in private, and the Gentleman of the Bedchamber probably wiped the royal arse.

FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 21:00

Ahem, one of my marriages was 'celebrated' in the Slough Register Office, so no offence intended to that establishment.

I'd loved to have seen the Mountbatten-Windsors and Middletons try to squeeze in there with a chamber orchestra Grin

It's high time the Queen sent seamstresses over to sew weights in her hems!

I bet she's already tried!

OP posts:
FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 21:04

But Tilly the received wisdom that daylight mustn't be allowed in on magic has held sway since the reign of Victoria.

Presumably the Royal buttocks would count as 'magic'?

OP posts:
oldgrandmama · 26/05/2014 21:20

Slough has other very royal connections ... HRH Princess Margaret was cremated at Slough crematorium.

FidelineandFumblin · 26/05/2014 21:26

oldgrandma you are a veritable mine of trivia. Who'd have thought it?

OP posts:
Chippednailvarnish · 26/05/2014 21:27

Was on a flight with her once. But she kept her arse to herself (nosey).
