...whilst on a public engagement must have either a) a screw loose or b) major exhibistionistic tendencies?

She has clearly made a policy of eschewing hem weights.

She knew she would be getting into a helicopter.

It looks like she is commando, although I suppose there is the possibility of a dental floss g-string.

I'm just Shock

I think it's a complete lack of respect. For herself, the Queen/the Monarchy, for her son, her husband, her hosts and the people of this country who she is supposedly representing. Keeping on doing that (the rest of her behaviour notwithstanding) gives me the impression of a person who is extremely arrogant. And for someone who has never done anything of any note off her own bat it's a very poor way to be.

BristolRover · 27/05/2014 16:21

To get to the nub of this though, do we think it's because she was annoyed at the attention Pippa's arse got at her own wedding? is this regaining ground on the best-arse-in-the-Middleton-family contest?

annielouise · 27/05/2014 16:23

Once is an accident, twice or more no, it's by design. She wants to be seen as some kind of a sex symbol. I agree with whoever said she's acting like a celebrity that gets publicity for showing off their body like that. Just thought a member of the RF would act with a bit more class, or should at least. Diana exposed her breasts in that black dress getting out a car when still engaged, I don't remember her doing it again after that as it was in all the papers as she learned from it. kate doesn't even put her hands down to hold the skirt down - I mean honestly who wouldn't know their skirt hasn't blown up?

Onesleeptillwembley · 27/05/2014 16:24

They all come across as arses, Bristol. Grin

tobiasfunke · 27/05/2014 16:29

FidelineandFumblin I really can't see why you think my post was 'close' to a personal attack. It didn't refer to any actual posters and just gave my view of this thread in general terms. A view that I am entitled to. That's how these forums work.
If you think it applies to you then that's up to you but it's hardly personal or an attack is it really?

FidelineandFumblin · 27/05/2014 16:34

Disagree tobias by all means, but the accusation of 'woman hating' is too far.

OP posts:
digerd · 27/05/2014 16:34

I suggest she should wear trousers on windy days and locations. Simples.

FidelineandFumblin · 27/05/2014 16:39

Ironically dig I think the received wisdom is that trousers are not elegant or demure enough for royal official duty.

OP posts:
SirChenjin · 27/05/2014 18:01

Trousers also prevent your bum being seen by the world, which is no good to Katie. Unless she were to wear trousers like these...

thesaurusgirl · 27/05/2014 18:02

Thought those were Prince William's bollocks for a second.

Shonajay · 27/05/2014 18:22

Well considering the outcry over the bikini photos the royals made, surely this is a step too far. But of,course she knows she's doing it, just like when she played volleyball and he t shirt rode up to show off her perfect abs after giving birth. She's a young girl, a bit vain, but she's married into the squarest family in the world so she should really pop down to markies and get a six pack of bikini undies.

FidelineandFumblin · 27/05/2014 18:24

SirC I think you should post 'wear to buy' info in case KM is reading Grin

Shona, she's not a young girl - as said upthread she's 32! Very immature, admittedly, and with no experience of being an adult, ie work, keeping herself etc. I do wonder what the hell William saw in her as a wife, apart from maybe the shared immaturity.

Chippednailvarnish · 27/05/2014 18:58

Wow, if she's a young girl there's hope for me yet!

FidelineandFumblin · 27/05/2014 19:00

grr where^ to buy

I agree - 'young' is a stretch, 'vain' not so much.

OP posts:
EffectiveCommunication · 27/05/2014 19:16

Excellent, 32 is now classed as a young girl, fantastic news.

parentalunit · 27/05/2014 19:40

YANBU. I wish she would keep her boobs and bum covered and cannot comprehend how such an enormous arse as Kim K's is considered attractive!

oldgrandmama · 27/05/2014 20:27

Mmmm ... I think there's a good market out there for those ^^ posted by SirChenjin. Be really handy and easy for those visits to the proctologist or endoscopy clinic, saving all the bother of removing tights/leggings/jeans/pants etc. before the examination.

browneyedgirl86 · 27/05/2014 20:37

I haven't read the whole thread but I think its really tacky. You almost expect it from the likes of the z list celebs like Jordan, Kerry Karina as this kind of shot is their bread and butter, but from one of the Royal family? Put it away dear. It smacks of attention seeking.

browneyedgirl86 · 27/05/2014 20:38

Whoops Katona not Karina!

FrontForward · 27/05/2014 20:56

I cannot imagine what respect I'd gain if I had so many wardrobe 'malfunctions'. She does appear 'unlucky' Hmm

I think it's all a tad too repetitive to be an accident tbh. My respect for her has shot downhill and yes if you google KM skirt blows images you get oodles. It really is rather embarrassing that she represents us as a country. We may as well have a Kashardian

FrontForward · 27/05/2014 20:59

I'd say the same about William but since he's not photographed repeatedly with flies down he hasn't offered me the opportunity.

The outfits are hardly typical of your average professional woman's celeb even. Sharon Stone only did it once....

Is it actually a power trip thing? "I can wear what I want and expose what I want and you lowly photographers better not sell a photo or I'll sue you".

trufflesnout · 27/05/2014 23:04

If you put "Kate Middleton" into Google, one of the suggestions is "bum".
