Everytime I see her latest post about what fun she is having it gets me annoyed! Ok bit of background info, she has two children age 7 and age 8, she is currently in florida on her honeymoon. She also went last year with her partner without the children. Am I the only one that thinks this is awful?
Fair enough go on holiday without your children, but disney world?

She can't have been an actual friend surely to god

keepcalm111 · 07/04/2014 19:27

She is on honeymoon-just her and her DH? Shoot the bitch!

picnicbasketcase · 07/04/2014 19:27

Delete or hide.

chocolatelolly · 07/04/2014 19:28

It's not the honeymoon that annoys, it's the fact she has gone to disney without her kids again.
Not a friend really, more work acquaintance

What's it got to do with Facebook?
Stop any contact at all with her if you don't like her behaviour) and I can see why you wouldn't) but for goodness sake don't just delete her from Facebook.

didldidi · 07/04/2014 19:30

Do you know she is actually going to Disney though? Florida is a big place...

PinkyHasNoEars · 07/04/2014 19:32

I'm confused.

You're annoyed because your friend is having fun? Or you're annoyed because you feel she shouldn't have fun without her children? Or you're annoyed because she shouldn't have fun at Disneyland?

In all three: YABU.

sooperdooper · 07/04/2014 19:32

Any adult who would choose to go to Disney without kids is a weirdo in my book, my idea of hell even with kids!!

Florida is massive though, it's not all Disney!

ICanSeeTheSun · 07/04/2014 19:32

So shoot her, does her DC even like Disney characters.

rookiemater · 07/04/2014 19:35

Our neighbours once went on a Disney cruise without their DC, twas weird as they are really nice and often go to Disney with them. We took DS to Disneyworld last year and it was great fun, but I can't imagine why anyone would want to go without DCs.

giraffesCantBoogie · 07/04/2014 19:35

I cant think of anything worse than disney land on honeymoon with no kids

Trills · 07/04/2014 19:35

What's your next step?

You delete her on Facebook, then...?

chocolatelolly · 07/04/2014 19:36

Rarely see her, it's not facebook either that I'm overly bothered about, just wondering if I'm being unreasonable to feel so annoyed about this? She is currently at Epcot. Last time she went I saw pictures on her phone of her at disney, animal kingdom and Busch gardens. Oh but it's ok because she bought her children presents back ffs. I would hate my mum forever if she did this!

Me neither Giraffes.

Do the kids get to go on other holidays, or are they not getting any, just her and partner?

PinkyHasNoEars · 07/04/2014 19:40

Well, luckily she's not your mum.

ICanSeeTheSun · 07/04/2014 19:40

DH and I are going to visit friends the other side of the country, we are not taking our DC does that make us bad parents.

chocolatelolly · 07/04/2014 19:40

Pinky ears...not the least bit annoyed she's having fun, but why not go anywhere else in the world on honey moon? Does everyone think it's perfectly reasonable to go to disney without your children who are 7 and 8 and who have never been?

OP posts:
nkf · 07/04/2014 19:41

I think it's unreasonable to be so annoyed. You barely know her. She doesn't behave in ways you like. Is there something else going on?

ashtrayheart · 07/04/2014 19:41

I can't imagine going somewhere like that without my children.

nkf · 07/04/2014 19:41

I think it's weird to go to Disney wihout kids.

Mintyy · 07/04/2014 19:42

I would. She sounds like a bit of a .
