...to ask if people give their fanjos a quick clean before sex?

Another thread has got me thinking... I shower every day, usually in the morning. I wash myself with non-perfumed soap. I am not a sweaty or smelly person, at all. However, if I think it likely that DH and I are going to, ahem, have relations, I will usually pop into the bathroom and give my fanjo a wipe with a wet washcloth. No perfumes or wet wipes! Otherwise I worry that it will smell sweaty and just not very good. However, I have always wondered: is this weird or do other people do this?

Depends. If its a spontaneous shag or a bit of a quickie I don't have time.
But if there's romantic times especially including oral sex then I prefer to shower or at the very least give it a wipe with a warm flannel or a kandoo.
Loved having a bidet to use on honeymoon but alas too small a bathroom to have one here.
Also wee and clean up in shower after sex most occasions which not so romantic but neither is uti's or any other issue so I prefer to feel clean.

It's most likely that I would have showered anyway as I exercise most evenings but if not I wouldn't even think of giving myself either a quick wipe or a good soaping.

DH though is quite vocal about liking 'the scent of a woman'

Eww all those that say it's self cleaning are clueless. Pee and sweat etc does not magically clean itself away, I always make sure I'm clean!

I do give it a quick once over. Smeg is a real, daily struggle for women which only takes a couple of hours to build up [winks]

Also, ditto to loo roll sticking all over.

Yes it's a zombie thread. I think some of us were referred here from another thread. Anyway...of course I wash the minge if I'm expecting a good seeing to. Which, of course, includes oral. And I expect the same. The number of rancid crotches I have experienced, you wouldn't believe. CLEAN YOUR PARTS, PEOPLE. Water is sufficient. Although I do like the suggestion of a magic tree up the arse. Doubles as a butt plug.

I ask my dh to wash/wipe before I do as pee taste is horrible. he's not bothered about me says its better if I don't as he gets turned on. I like to have a wipe before

Omg definitely a vote here for a quick clean! Common courtesy, surely? N it doesn't kill the passion n spontaneity as much as unwashed parts would .....BLEURGH.

If you're clever, you can incorporate the use of a flannel into your foreplay. "Oh darling I'm just popping into the bathroom for the pink flannel. Amuse yourself for two secs."
