...to ask if people give their fanjos a quick clean before sex?

Another thread has got me thinking... I shower every day, usually in the morning. I wash myself with non-perfumed soap. I am not a sweaty or smelly person, at all. However, if I think it likely that DH and I are going to, ahem, have relations, I will usually pop into the bathroom and give my fanjo a wipe with a wet washcloth. No perfumes or wet wipes! Otherwise I worry that it will smell sweaty and just not very good. However, I have always wondered: is this weird or do other people do this?

I think I'd need more of a bucket

Sallystyle · 22/03/2014 22:46

I don't use soap because I get thrush but I do give it a quick wash with water.

Mainly my pubic area.

sleepdeprivedmadwoman · 22/03/2014 22:52

Yes. Unless me and DH (or just me) have had one too many

HighlanderMam · 22/03/2014 22:56

No, I have a bath/shower in the morning and one at night after evening meal.

My lady bits don't ever smell sweaty or unpleasant.

LibraryMum8 · 22/03/2014 23:03

I call it a whore's bath and yes I'll do it unless I am super fresh.

NurseyWursey · 22/03/2014 23:04

This reminds me of someone who told me about them seeing a woman wash her fanny in a puddle once.

Hmm
ComposHat · 22/03/2014 23:29

Yes I always do and a quick teeth clean

It has got teeth?

blueshoes · 22/03/2014 23:59

My bidet gets good use.

guinnessgirl · 23/03/2014 00:12

if I think there's a chance of action, I will pop to the loo and 'freshen up' early in the evening, as I do tend to get a little bit sticky over the course of the day. Would never ever stop any spontaneous action to do so though (chance would be a fine thing Hmm )

Greythorne · 23/03/2014 00:21

Those talking about giving a good soaping....don't you get thrush?

I wash with water, never soap, during period I use a specific soap-free 'intimate' wash thingy from the chemist. If I wopped normal soap on my vulva I would have severe thrush speaks from bitter experience.

7Days · 23/03/2014 00:22

What point are you making Nursey?

NurseyWursey · 23/03/2014 00:23

What do you mean 7days? The link? I was just posting that we're being talked about.

7Days · 23/03/2014 00:24

Why?

NurseyWursey · 23/03/2014 00:26

Because I wanted to... is that a problem? Confused

7Days · 23/03/2014 00:31

Great answer Confused

NurseyWursey · 23/03/2014 00:33

Well it wasn't such a great question.

I participated in this thread, I thought the other women would like to see other's thoughts on our discussion. In fact the OP has since gone on to defend her thread. I don't see why you're finding a problem with me posting it.

7Days · 23/03/2014 00:35

Because it seems a bit stirry

IMO.

NurseyWursey · 23/03/2014 00:36

Oh jesus are you 12?

7Days · 23/03/2014 00:38

Oh simmer down.

It is stirry but if you like that crack on.

Goodnight

NurseyWursey · 23/03/2014 00:39

You're the one with the problem not me. Goodnight.

JakeAndTheNeverlandFuckwits · 23/03/2014 00:40

No stirring IMO,

Just awareness raising.

NurseyWursey · 23/03/2014 00:40

Thankyou Jake

BreconBeBuggered · 23/03/2014 00:41

To get back to the thread...
What the hell is wrong with 'a bit sticky', anyway?

I wash mine in the morning. I wipe up nicely when I pee. I don't rub shit all over it. It smells like a fanjo. DH is a heterosexual male and likes fanjos.

jolenjolene · 23/03/2014 00:43

Hmmm I might start a thread about how suspicious it is that so many posters this evening are snotty and passive aggressive...
