It's been one of those weekends on here. I wanted to get in with this one first, before someone else did. Grin

And I 'm not hoovering those up either.

I wish we could have a proper food fight. Like upending glasses of wine, smearing cake on hair, that stuff...wistful. We already have those smileys on here.

Amrapaali · 03/03/2014 10:28

I am pretending I have no children, no husband and no housework to do... how very "empathetic" of me don't you think??? - I am usually accused of having none...

and am contemplating making a shed-load of pancakes ready for breakfast tomorrow.... because ALL good MNers get up reeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllly early to make pancakes for their darling rosy cheeked children on pancake day and I am a lazy git who is going to cheat....

capsium · 03/03/2014 10:34

MN is a mine of information. I count it as my own personal 'research' Grin.

Far more useful than scanning through the papers....'The state of them....'. Hmmmph.

DejaVuAllOverAgain · 03/03/2014 10:36

Throws Cake Wine and Daffodil at everyone Grin

TheTerribleBaroness · 03/03/2014 10:36

You ever seen the films HD? Grin

MixedUpConfusion · 03/03/2014 10:38

My child is almost 15 and perfectly capable of not dying of thirst/hunger Hmm

ghostinthecanvas · 03/03/2014 10:42

twatfuckery. Thats what it is.
Now, where the hell did I put the kids. Derek has reminded me I need to chuck more redbull at them.

onlyjoking9329 · 03/03/2014 10:42

No need to worry, children safely in the playpen whilst big dog keeps a watchful eye on them.

Ooooh ohhhhh ohh! I know this one!

mixedup shouldn't you be working then? To pay for the fifteen year old needs? Why are you Mnetting?

EmpressOfTheWellOfLostPlots · 03/03/2014 10:56

I don't need to do housework. One puppy is running round with a dustpan and brush tied to her tail and the other is coming after her licking the floors clean.

Won't someone think of the dogs?

DS is at pre-school now. I'll neglect him later..

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 03/03/2014 11:02

I'm back!

Have cleaned a bathroom and thrown some drain cleaner down the kitchen sink so it smells like I've been busy, I've got as far as getting the hover out and that's in the kitchen too.

I'm bothered about what DH thinks - he's away with work all week and I doubt that our ds's (5 and 8) will notice but at least when Tesco man turns up with my shopping it'll appear like I've not been MNing been busy Wink

Oldraver · 03/03/2014 11:03

I can feel croissant crumbs under my feet where I brushed them off of my jeans. I suppose I really should get the vacuum out wonders where OH keeps the cleaner

SomethingkindaOod · 03/03/2014 11:04

I look at it as a way of teaching them all to amuse themselves. That way they will never be bored Grin

ToysRLuv · 03/03/2014 11:08

Yes, I'm teaching DS life skills how to use the tablet while I'm on the laptop Grin
