One new years eve many years ago, I drank three bottles of champagne (when young and carefree) and I could not move the next day. At that point in my life I was used to drinking lots and the rest but three bottles was too much.

Have a cup of tea and some chocolate instead.

I would say 3 bottles of wine at a major birthday/wedding/other major celebration is understandable. Maybe unwise, but it is easy to get carried away at a party.

3 bottles of wine on your own while decorating with a child to care for at some point tomorrow, is not normal or reasonable.

Are they normal 750ml bottles of normal 12.5% wine?

Because if so that's an absurd amount of alcohol - 280ml.

That amount of alcohol would kill a lot of women.

If you are at home and regularly drink even one bottle of wine in a day, you've got an alcohol problem.
