I have no idea but it seems that her kissing her boyfriend at the time was seen as suspicious whereas I don't think that this is suspicious at all. DNA is...kissing one's lover.no. It's not even that inappropriate to kiss ones lover in the face of tragedy.
Didn't she do cartwheels though?

I'm with PRH - I'm not vehemently pro AK and RS but I don't think there is a case against them beyond reasonable doubt (and separately I don't think they did it because I find any involvement from them so implausible given their documented actions and the evidence)

BTW, the OP's response to claig was more to do with claig's general modus operandi on MN which is to cite daily Mail articles, troll wasn't perhaps the best descriptor.

TheDoctrine - well yes - that is the case on the other thread I started - re claig. The DM has been horrendous on this subject - to the degree that they published the wrong appeal verdict. Fair enough that they might have a version for each eventuality, but they provided back up "statements" from the people involved that could only have been made up. It worries me that people base their beliefs on this case on their reporting. Claig is a total DM supporter and active protaginist in putting forward their views. Her presence on these threads therefore concerns me.

What concerns me, is that people on a forum are not willing to tolerate other people's point of view, if it does not coincide with their own.

No - I am probably being unfair, but I get cross when we have thread after thread and the DM view is put forward as the absolute truth of the matter. There are some GREAT posters on this thread - and the other one. They ask crucial questions. They think about it. They find source docs and translate them.
