To think M&S really shouldnt sell bras

Just pootering online and saw this minimiser bra for sale.

Not only is it far too small for the model but it is padded!

What sort of idiot dreamed up a minimiser bra -worn expressly to make a large chest look smaller -and then added padding. Unbelievable .

Thanks, I'll give that a try Smile

Last time I was measured in M&S they said i should wear a 30D or DD but, since they didn't have anything in those sizes that I should buy a 32C.

SorrelForbes · 27/01/2014 09:06

Hmm. 32C is a sister size to a 30D but if you need a 30 back a 32 isn't going to give the right support.

CalamitouslyWrong · 27/01/2014 09:16

And it didn't. I now wear a 28G (fitted by bravissimo). At the time I was probably really a 26 back (which is why they measured a 30).

I was more amazed by the, 'we don't have that size, so have something that might do' principle of bra fitting. It's like going shoe shopping and buying a 5 because they didn't have any 4s in stock.

They don't even do fittings when you ask any more, you have to book a time later in the morning/afternoon. I expect a lot of people just go somewhere else.
