I only swooned twice this week - when he took off the soldier hat and ruffled his hair (faints) and at the very end when he did the big swoosh thing with his coat as he was striding off. Very nearly cried during the speech though, the moving parts. Thought his dancing was v disappointing actually

I loved the coat flick at the end. My mother said she didn't like him, he looks like a cat.

Well I cried during the speech, I got flustered with the hair ruffle when he took off the Busby (as mentioned), loved his vulnerability and his connection with the little boy and excited when he leapt (almost levitated) over the wedding Top Table to find the Mayfly.
I loved the flicking of the coat at the end.

I cried and I laughed. I can't complain but I would like a mystery in detail from start to finish.

I really enjoyed today's episode. The speech was great, you got exactly that feeling of 'oh my god this is so cringing WTF is he doing' that you get when a best man is struggling and making an awful speech - brilliant, brilliant.

When he ruffled his hair, I inadvertently said 'ooh another hair ruffle' and DH looked at me like this . I just carried on watching rather than elaborate...

I sort of nervously laughed during the hair ruffle..awkward.

It's an improvement from last week. I made a very strange sound and went red!

I am unspeakably nervous about next week. I think it's going to get really very dark and possibly upsetting. I hope not, but after such a light, happy episode I think they will want to ruffle all our feathers.

Yes to drunk Sherlock though. I enjoyed that almost too much.

Swooshy whippy coat alert!

What is it about long coats? Captain Jack, The Doctor, Sherlock Holmes, innumerable romantic heroes in BBC costume dramas etc. Whack a tall man in a sweeping long coat with lots of buttons and knickers up and down the land melt. There should be some sort of study.
