This might ruin the whole concept of AIBU but sometimes people pop up with opinions that I am shocked by, not because of what they are but just because they are so marginal. (SPs Cliff Richard obsession, for example?)

So, whilst encouraging you all to go forth and spread your weird and wonderful thoughts all over AIBU and elsewhere, what really unpopular opinions do you hold?

I have a couple of corkers, first one is that Kanye West however much of a knob he is actually is a genius.

When i see a man in a suit, i have the urge to rip it off and do naughty things to them.

Any pet kept in a cage or tank - comment as above
Reality shows, BGT and XF
The 'got to have a glass of wine' mentality'
Getting legless as a leisure activity
Shopping as leisure activity
Those ruddy poncy 'stand out' names for those poor tiddlers on 'Baby Names'
'Haitch' 'Chillax' 'Wine-o-clock'
Stealth boasting/over sharing on FB (and even MN)
Anyone one who dislikes Aldi/Lidl (you know who you are)

To name but a very few.

All sport is boring. If you want to follow it fine but there should be no place in a national news bulletin for sports stories (especially golf which is the most pointless of all sports - hitting little white balls into holes and getting excited about it and thinking it's actually important).

Dogs should be strictly licensed. All of them.

Saturday night tv especially X Factor is mindless drivel. I loathe it and any of its ilk.
