Yes, but it only applies to people who follow that scripture....

I love black pudding with poached egg, mushrooms, spinach and sometimes bacon. All rolled up in a wrap with ketchup..... ooooh.

Black pudding, mushrooms, poached egg on toast please.

Oh I love black pudding. Perfect on a breakfast of square sausage, black pudding, fruit pudding, tattie scone and runny eggs.

I bloody love black pudding. It tastes utterly savoury and yummy and delicious.

Trouble is, half way through I remember what it is and this puts me off.

Same with prawns to be honest (someone once referred to them as cockroaches of the sea but mmmmmm, they taste nice)

My butcher recommends black pudding to thicken casserole sauces. Yum.

Stornoway is the best, it has spoilt me for all other black pudding incuding Bury (don't shoot!)
@notapizzaeater my dad used to eat it 'raw' (the Yorkshire sort with lumps of fat in) - also from. S Yorkshire.
White pudding is great but we can't buy it any more in England or N Ireland - except Galtee which is vile and not white pudding at all, more like liver sausage
Recommendations on where to get white pudding please!

I LOVE black pudding. And white pudding. And fruit pudding. Don't think they've heard of the last two in Suffolk...

There is a butchers in Hope in the Peak District that sells awesome black pudding; they make it in a huge sausage shape and sell it by the slice. We bought some when we were on holiday once, but didn't buy any for the kids because we didn't think they'd like it. There was nearly a riot!

I love black pudding. My 18m old and often have some after we drop my elder dd at school, just a plate full of it's own.

I remember giving my girls haggis and black pudding from 6 months old and friends thinking I was crazy, no idea why they love the stuff

I don't eat meat very often (at the moment my body seems to regard even lettuce as "a bit rich") but I love black pudding and so it's part of my Christmas Dinner. It was a revelation when I realised you don't even have to cook it again and can eat it straight out of the pack.
