Just been watching him on This Morning (whilst pretending to work from home and surfing Mumsnet).

AIBU to think he should call it quits? His face is full of plastic and his movements are stiff. He's certainly never been a Mick Jagger but Mick still has the energy and fire of a 30 year old, despite looking so haggard (and we all know why THAT is).

We used to live in the area around Cheshunt (where he's from) and we KNOW he's gay! It's sad that he feels he can't come out (maybe because of his born again Christianity I don't know).

People don't need to come out if they don't want to. Hetereos don't tend to make public declarations of their sexuality, why should gay or bisexual people? But it is sad if he feels he can't, for whatever reason.

Anyway, that's quite enough discussing what Cliff does with his bits. Or doesn't.

The thing is when you're a high profile person like CR you can do a lot of good by being up front about your sexuality due to the stigma still attached to being gay (I'm thinking of the terrible bullying that goes on in schools) .

Cliff is not cool, or sexy, or even normal. But he is not horrible either, and as far as I can tell has never done anything bad to anybody, so we should let him warble still under his dead marsupial hairpiece
