Katie Hopkins again.. Doesn't she ever go away? The debate about Attachment Parenting didn't seem to even go anywhere or be resolved.
Anyone else see it?

They were both embarassing, but Peaches came across better.

Peaches is beautiful, I love her image and she does seem quite normal for a sleb.

I do think she contradicted herself for saying that AP shouldn't have a name, but it does have the 8 'b's, which is more formulaic and imposing than a name, surely?

but why was that baby not strapped in the pushchair? we all have accidents but surely forgetting to strap your baby in a pushchair is odd?

I can just see a situation in class. So what does your mum do?

She's a Rent a Gob for the Sun and This Morning. She gets paid to say something controversial on TV, tweets about it and then looks at Mumsnet afterwards. She says it's not what she wanted to do but she couldn't do anything else because she failed at all that. But it pays the bills.

I don't get the empathy thing at all. We are supposed to enjoy watching that quite frankly rubbish diatribe in the name of 'parenting' and give it some credit because Peaches has had a hard life? Sorry but it was a pile of nonsense and Philip Schofield's earnest questioning of Peaches totally jarred with me. I wouldn't be surprised if KH and PG are friends. And don't get me started on the level of debate. Peaches didn't even engage with the issue on a personal level, what she said could be read in any book.

One poster said PG was spoilt and had no idea of what real life was about.

There ensued a few posters pointing out that her mother died from a herion overdose when she was a little girl, she had witnessed and been privey to some pretty unpleasant scenes and her step father died in a strange way bla bla.

IE I think she has had more than her share of real life.

As to taking what she says ....well....

I'm not sure I would call her experiences 'real life' as it is so far removed from our (non celeb) lives but for sure, aspects of her life have been very difficult. Semantics I know but I'd say 'hard life' rather than 'real' life. Real life is more about the day to day holding down a job/paying the bills/making ends meet etc.

I'm just wondering what Katie Hopkins next appearance will be out. Something she has no expertise in but just has an opinon.

I feel all fond of peaches and I'm really not sure why!

I took them sitting so close as KH trying to intimidate PG by getting in her personal space.

Who would actually be friends with KH? If she is real and pretending she thinks all this stuff just to get air time.

I watched last night on youtube after having read some of this thread. KH was awful as usual, but i dont think PG came across as well as some on here have made out (although she looked beautiful and was definitiely superior to KH). She started on the personal comments/ rent-a-gob stuff before KH had really said anything. It was like she had gone on there to have a go at KH rather than to debate the issue. And yes what she said about KH is true and no doubt needed to be said by someone sometime, but to my mind that is a separate specific debate to be had on there sometime (which I would watch) - i.e. whether people like her and Shona S etc should have regard to impact on their DC when they go on these programmes or write these articles or put their children in their reality shows.

Maybe This Morning needs a show about Katie.

Just watched it and bloody upset that Katie Hopkins has been given as the voice against AP (makes us other mums who think that AP' isn't all that' like the crazy ones).

It Needed someone with some actual knowledge in the issue to point out that peaches is quoting rubbish 'research' - but then I suppose this is this morning so I can't really expect informed serious debate.
