AIBU to think that I should be able to get treatment on the NHS without everyone screaming and running out of the room?

Look, it's hard enough being a zombie as it is. I'm constantly hungry, it's just my metabolism, but NO everyone gives me a hard time about being greedy.

I just think it was bloody rude of everyone to run off when I lurched into A&E. I pay my taxes well I did before I died just like everyone else. I just feel have the right to get my leg sewn back on without everyone INCLUDING THE DOCTORS AND NURSES treating me like some kind of freak.

AIBU?

Have you tried low-carbing? Just eat the BRAINZ, don't eat them on toast. You will find your appetite adjusts.

WhatHo · 13/08/2013 14:49

I tried the 5:2 but only eating two people made me very tired and irritable by the end of the day.

I got the shakes and one of my ears fell off.

How about weight watchers? If you go for the chubby ones then 2 people might be enough?

WhatHo · 13/08/2013 14:53

And, while I'm on the subject, ok, my personal hygiene is a bit off but so is the neighbourhood tramp's, and no-one runs after him trying to stave his head in with an axe.

Yabu using the term zombie ..it offensive . The correct term is previously living reanimated people.

MrsTerryPratchett · 13/08/2013 15:15

gordy that's offensive now. It is the 'differently alive' you bigot.

Eyesunderarock · 13/08/2013 15:16

I heard it was 'The living impaired' or is that dated now?

WhatHo · 13/08/2013 15:18

gordy it is people like you being all politically correct who mean the country is going to the dogs.

I mean that literally. They fed my cousin to the mutts in Battersea Dogs Home. Didn't realise he was a reanimated person, you see.

YABU - Zombie's gained equality years ago. I personally haven't heard anyone say anything zombieist for years.

You were clearly just mis-interpreting their reactions.

The problem with you zombies is that you're not happy with equality - you living people hating, hysterical harridens who want everything your own way.

WhatHo · 13/08/2013 15:19

SmallPrint ugh, no, fat people. They're so delicious you stuff them down. Then you feel sick, then an hour later you're hungry again.

That is Con-Dem Britain for you though, isn't it? A two tier health system and A&E in a shambles.

Have you looked at portion control? You won't starve to death.

Emilythornesbff · 13/08/2013 15:27

So entitled. Typical fucking zombie.

Beastofburden · 13/08/2013 15:28

Have you considered health tourism? They may be more understanding in Transylvania.

SouthernComforts · 13/08/2013 15:30

I hope the humans you're eating are ethically sourced and organic?

MrsTerryPratchett · 13/08/2013 15:31

Haiti is very good as well, I've heard. Top notch service for the differently alive and hot and cold running victims.

MrsTerryPratchett · 13/08/2013 15:31

Personally I only eat free-range vegans.

WhatHo · 13/08/2013 15:31

Spare Emily how DARE you come onto my AIBU thread and disagree with me? You have no idea of the troubles I've faced! If you knew one thing about my life you wouldn't be so mean.

Sorry about the double post. My left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Because it's somewhere under the table.

RE: the leg. Buy a needle and some strong thread and stitch it back on at home. It's all they'd do at A&E so why bother going at all?

Also M&S do some fab 40 denier rights that are really strong and quite reasonably priced. Pop a pair of those on next time you go out for a shuffle, they should help hold your legs on.

WhatHo · 13/08/2013 15:42

Bear you are so right about the double tier system. So many times I've found myself having to wait alongside ghouls and werewolves, and that's a terrible thing for a respectable zombie like myself.
You just wouldn't believe the sort of bugs you can pick up from a werewolf. Filthy things.

I have now sewn it back on myself but I do feel very let down.

Thanks for the tip about M&S.

I was so hoping this was a genuine sporn thread

WhatHo · 13/08/2013 16:32

beast good tip.
terry have you ever visited Haiti? I'd love to know more about it. I gather you can even get 'do it yourself' zombie kits for subjugating a guy or gal you might take a fancy to.
I aldo like the idea of hot and cold running victims. It's the running part that gets me I think.

Very impressed with your veganism. I just don't have the willpower.
