I get called Bert, which is expected and better than MrsB, as there's someone else on here whose name gets shortened to that (and they were here before me I think, sorry about that!).

As long as they're not calling you cuntbag, I wouldn't worry about it.

I only shorten usernames on here if I know the poster.

Apart from on the Drunk thread, everyones names gets shortened on there.

Someone called me Chubby once - that, I didn't like so much (even though it's true!)

But appreciate tis a bit long and I shorten other people's nicks if I can't remember how to spell the whole thing between readingntheir post, and shooting off to the "post here" box.

And I get called all sorts. Ferret, Amazing, Bouncy ferret, ABF.

I don't mind being called Mamma or TJ. Either will do. I haven't like it when I have had a seasonal change and was called GhostOfMammaTJ and ended up being called Ghost. I will not risk that again.

I shall call myself MammaTJsGhost this year assuming I have the time to be on here as a first year student nurse.

I am really just grateful not to be ignored though.
