I've been saying this for years.

I read somewhere (not sure if it's true) that they're biologically designed to be omnivores but for some reason won't feed properly. Now if that's not an argument for letting the tubby feckers die out like nature intended.

That and the fact that they're so crap at parenting they intentionally let one cub die as they can't be fecked feeding it

Not that much of an exaggeration. I saw then on the news the other night and it said that the female is only fertile for 36 hours in a year! And I am sure I read somewhere once that the female genitalia is sort of S shaped making it kind of difficulty for the male to do the job properly.

Sure they are cute and all that but with all the things they have going against them I would expect natural selection would have wiped them out by now without human intervention.

Thousands of species have become extinct. It is all part of the process of evolution. I also do not give a stuff about pandas, or snow tigers or elephants, come to that. YANBU.

I quite like elephants and the old matriarchy thing they have going. Also it would be so very useful to have a trunk.
