Are you Ok? What do you want to talk about? Or I can just offer a hand to hold?

Sparklingbrook · 09/02/2013 14:02

What's up new. Are you ok?

FutTheShuckUp · 09/02/2013 14:02

Are you ok?

pootlebug · 09/02/2013 14:03

Greythorne · 09/02/2013 14:04

MissyMooandherBeaverofSteel · 09/02/2013 14:04

newcommer · 09/02/2013 14:05

can talk about anything, or hand holdings fine, it's just I can't get RL support for half an hour and every time I open my mouth a upset howling noise comes out of it andi'm scared of what the neighbours will think!

What's happened?

eminemmerdale · 09/02/2013 14:07

do you have snow?

newcommer · 09/02/2013 14:07

just split up with boyfriend after 13 years, he's took DD to say goodbye to inlaws as I will be moving to my dm's, but now I'm home alone and it feels horrible

Are you new to MN? This place is amazing. Seriously, if you need to share, share. I cannot speak highly enough of the support offered on here.

If you don't want to share and need a distraction, tell us something you like, and we'll natter on about that for 30 mins.

Pandemoniaa · 09/02/2013 14:08

Give in to the howling noise. You are clearly having a horrid, traumatic time. Hands held for you.

Sparklingbrook · 09/02/2013 14:08

Oh newcommer. Sad Is it amicable?

TattyDevine · 09/02/2013 14:09

pigletpower · 09/02/2013 14:09

TheElephantIsADaintyBird · 09/02/2013 14:10

I'm here.

Agree with pan, a good howl might do you good.

elfycat · 09/02/2013 14:10

Howling sounds reasonable.

YANBU by the way. Typing one handed, the other is busy being hugged.

earlierintheweek · 09/02/2013 14:11

howl if you need to. And if you're moving - stuff the neighbours you won't have to see them anyway

newcommer · 09/02/2013 14:12

not a newcommer but cba to change name. Love mumsnet, can be harsh sometimes, but people are there when you need someone

I hope your DD gets back soon and you can give her the biggest squeeze. Howl in the meantime, it's good to cry when you're going through something like this.

aftermay · 09/02/2013 14:14

What shall I tell you? There're two boys in my living room playing on the PS, two girls on computers. Lunch is cooking. Tomorrow we're going skating :)

MissyMooandherBeaverofSteel · 09/02/2013 14:14

Ah, fuck the neighbours, if you need to cry, scream or shout then just you do it. Now is not the time to be considerate of others.

It was snowing here at 7am this morning, I found this little nugget of information out after dd came into my room and threw up all over me, then went back to her own bed and slept in until 10 and has been fine since. Charming eh.

newcommer · 09/02/2013 14:14

howling and screaming too now, I am pathetic, never knew I could make such noises. Best DD ain't here to hear them.
