Was that not you Hully on the Northerner's thread earlier? Are you offended at Northerners being Northerners or are you offended that we feel pride because of our Northerness or are you just pissed off because you are not Northern?
I am sickened by the sadness, the existence in the world of so much horror at the thin skins of others causes me no small pain.
I wake up every day & keen at the window, at the thin light filtering through the grubby glass, 'WHHHHY' I wail, 'Why, does the window not give me the keys to the world', 'The keys of enlightenment & understanding?'
Because it's a window, it's just a looking-glass into the world, you only see through it what you see, it ain't the oracle.
& so the screen in front of you - it ain't the answer, it isn't a reflection of everything you believe - it's a window, you can see your own reflection if peer closely, but if you loose focus & stare into the distance you might, eventually, see a world out there, beyond the end of your nose.
