That's a bargain. Put that here in my town and you'd be looking at double that price easily! I actually like it as it looks very loved! Although its not my taste I bet it's well looked after.... Could never afford nothing of that size here (wonders why oh why I laid down our routes here!)

It is however immaculate and underneath the vendors "things" I am sure it is very well cared for. I wish them luck.

If I'd been the estate agent sent to value the house I would have done some gusset staining damage to myself trying not to weep with laughter as I was being shown around.

I drove past this house yesterday! It's bonkers but like another poster said I can totally imagine the person who lives there. I bet they're the type of people who'd offer you a cup of tea the minute you step through the door and bring our the best biscuits
It is very expensive but the street it's on is quite nice and Crosby is a sought after area on account of the schools being excellent.
