I live about 15 mins from this house, ive walked past many times while walking the dog, ive seen the owners in the front numerous times too.

ill now have to find a new route as i wont be able to stop laughing and staring as i walk past. who could possibly sleep in a room like that? its must feel like there being laid out every night. i almost want to take dp to view it as we have nothing exciting planned for the weekend, this would certainly liven it up

Lantern I posted that because on every thread about this house (and others), the question has been posed "why would you pay that for a house in Liverpool?".

Which really should be ignored, i know, because there are expensive parts of Liverpool, but this house isn't in Liverpool, anyway, being under Sefton LA (who i work for) (which was my point).

This is exactly the kind of house I would buy. Because (a) it's obviously well-loved and that is a good sign as to underlying condition and (b) I know everybody else would get put off by the contents so I'd get a decent price.

How on earth was the estate agent even able to get room measurements?

And as for the last picture in the set - is it their garden, or is it a garden centre?

They have a little laser measurement thingy they just stand in the middle of the room with I quite want one.

I love that they'd provided tea in the garden for the photographer .

I looked at the outside picture and thought er no. Then I looked at the other pictures and have decided to award you a big prize for bringing this to our attention. Superb.

this is 10 minutes from me! the houses are good sized,solid houses, i can only count 5 rooms in the particulars which would make sesnse, normal 3 bed semi with 2 in the loft. the road is a nice but busy road, once its cleared of clutter someone will get a good buy.

I'm looking for bit more chinz...
