Its difficult to judge without knowing what her post on facebook is about. I accept that you don't agree with her opinon but there are ways of expressing a disagreement.

Ie. if she had a post "God is great"
and you put " How can an imaginary friend be great"

then it would be understandable if you were defriended and not funny in the least.

Well it depends what you said. I defriended someone for using the word retard repeatedly. I have a disabled child. He could not see what my issue was .

If its something like "I like coffee cake" and you said "you're wrong carrot cake is better" and she defriended you then yes it's ok to laugh.
