mine is tutty means shit in Pakistani and I apologise if I've spelt tutty wrongly. I like it because it can be said softly as a term of endearment eg hello my little tutty. Good one for the family dog/cat/guineapig/teenager* delete as appropriate.

Bok ye...it's turkish for 'eat shit'

I don't know why I'll always remember my mate's son telling me this? Grin

mrscumberbatch · 02/09/2012 23:37

Macheetah. It's Polish for fanny apparently!

GetOrfAKAMrsUsainBolt · 02/09/2012 23:38

Swanzluicher - the spelling is probably wrong but it is German for cocksucker.

Myliferocks · 02/09/2012 23:42

Durchfall -It's not a swear word but diarrhea in German.

My DC find this absolutely hilarious!

Softlysoftly · 02/09/2012 23:44

Oooh I used to collect foreign swear words I had 12 at one point but baby brain made me forget a lot.

My favourites are (excuse the spelling) penchaud guta rami - which is sister fucking dog bastard roughly translated from Urdu/Hindi.

and "fadergon" which is fart wind in Bengali.

eslteacher · 02/09/2012 23:46

I love the french phrase 'c'est quoi ce bordel' (what the fuck is this whorehouse) used to express exasperation at any messy room or messy situation. I use it liberally.

SPsFanjoSponsoredByFemFresh · 02/09/2012 23:53

I'm going to learn all these and then show people I have been learning new languages.

I will also use them to swear when my son is around Grin

NulliusInBlurba · 02/09/2012 23:53

Getorf, it's Schwanzlütscher, but you're right, it's a good one.

Arschloch (asshole) and Wichser (wanker) are also pretty effective.

The German police have published a list with the amount you could be fined for calling police officers different insults. All three of the above were mentioned at the higher end. I love the idea that the police could give you a list of insults in advance and how much each one costs, a bit like a menu, so you can choose how much you want to spend in fines. The fact that a list of this nature even exists is an indication of the low regard police are held in there.

I knew the word for wanker in Greek but forgot it. Think it was said with a M at the start.

Will find out and report back

NovackNGood · 02/09/2012 23:55

fanculo

squoosh · 02/09/2012 23:57

A Spanish colleague taught me to say 'I shit on the whore who gave birth to you'. She said it's quite a popular one and no one takes too much offence.

It does get much worse than threatening to empty your bowels on someone's beloved Mum though does it?. Grin

But now I can't remember it!

gimmecakeandcandy · 02/09/2012 23:57

SpFanjo - the Greek word for wanker is 'malaka' - very effective and Greeks use it ALL the time!

GetOrfAKAMrsUsainBolt · 02/09/2012 23:58

ooh thanks nullius.

XP spoke fluent German so taught me lots of german rude words, another good one was penner (tramp iirc). I went through a period of referring to him as du penner.

SPsFanjoSponsoredByFemFresh · 02/09/2012 23:58

sqoosh that has to be the best thing I've heard Grin

May have to use that myself

MildredIsMyAlterEgo · 02/09/2012 23:58

Ja jebie (Polish, pronounced yah yeb-yeah) is used a lot in this house

Means oh fuck or something like that

GetOrfAKAMrsUsainBolt · 02/09/2012 23:59

That is fantastic at the list of cop insults and the associated fines. Grin

GetOrfAKAMrsUsainBolt · 03/09/2012 00:00

It even sounds fantastic saying the shit on the whore insult in english but with an exaggerated spanish accent (or perhaps I am a stupid wichser)

gimmecakeandcandy · 03/09/2012 00:00

Mediterranean people do seem to have a lot of 'insulting the family' type swear words like the one above and also ones like fuck your family's heritage etc... Nice! Hmm

SPsFanjoSponsoredByFemFresh · 03/09/2012 00:01

gimme I knew it was something with a M.

My mum taught me it. My bio sad grew up in Greece and told my mum she needed to learn Greek to fit in with his family (who were all broad Yorkshire and only lived in Greece) so she asked him how to say wanker.

When she I used to see him that's the word she would use instead of his name Grin

CointreauVersial · 03/09/2012 00:04

The good old Irish "Feck!"

More of an expletive than a swearword, really, and only slightly forrin, but can be used liberally without causing offence.

gimmecakeandcandy · 03/09/2012 00:05

Lol fanjo!

Greeks do like saying malaka!

ThePigOnTheWall · 03/09/2012 00:10

Rukker. Wanker in Dutch. Most satisfying with a rolled 'R' Grin

kinkyfuckery · 03/09/2012 00:11

Fotze. German for cunt.

FrankWippery · 03/09/2012 00:16

Coño. Cunt in Spanish. Though it isn't seen as such an offensive word there. Either that or they are happy to go around calling each other coños Grin

CumberdickBendybatch · 03/09/2012 00:17

Baku! (don't know how to spell it)
