mine is tutty means shit in Pakistani and I apologise if I've spelt tutty wrongly. I like it because it can be said softly as a term of endearment eg hello my little tutty. Good one for the family dog/cat/guineapig/teenager* delete as appropriate.

Gilipollas - "hilly poy ass". It means something like wanker/asshole in Spanish.

Never used in anger but I do like the way it sounds! Grin

MildredIsMyAlterEgo · 03/09/2012 08:36

NellyJob try this variation:

Kurwa Jebana Mac (pron Koorva Yeh-bana Match) - literally means mother fucking whore but it's used when Kurva Mac simply isn't sufficient Grin

NameChangeGalore · 03/09/2012 08:48

Grin I used to go to school with a girl who had the surname Tutty.

Claireabella1 · 03/09/2012 11:16

Teko tarau! Shit your pants!

NellyJob · 03/09/2012 12:35

good one Mildred, thanks!

VivaLeBeaver · 03/09/2012 12:38

Peuton. French for prostitute and used as a swear word. Like shit ot fuck. No idea how it's spelt.

HazleNutt · 03/09/2012 12:38

Lófasz a seggedbe - in hungarian. Horse's dick up in your arse.

RunYouBastardRun · 03/09/2012 12:49

Salope - slut in French (but very offensive). You can get so much venom behind it if you spit the 'p'. Very satisfying.

RunYouBastardRun · 03/09/2012 12:54

It's putain Viva - it's a bad swear word here (Brittany) but used practically as punctuation in the south which makes the holidays interesting!

anonacfr · 03/09/2012 12:55

Viva do you mean Putain?

Being French I often say 'putain bordel de merde à cul' which roughly translates as whore whorehouse of the shit of the arse.

It's by satisfying.

porcamiseria · 03/09/2012 12:59

my username!!!!

PORCAMISERIA!!!!

valiumredhead · 03/09/2012 13:01

I knew the word for wanker in Greek but forgot it. Think it was said with a M at the start

Malaka - not as strong as 'wanker' here, more affectionate, and yes, used all the time Grin

GetOrfAKAMrsUsainBolt · 03/09/2012 13:11

Lol st horses dick up in your arse. I need to go to Budapest and shout that one about.

Porcamiseria - what does that mean then? Miserable pig? It's got to be worse than that, surely. Grin

festivalwidow · 03/09/2012 13:12

Arschlecker sounds so much more direct than 'brown-noser'.
I agree, anonacfr - in Paris, too, 'putain' is as much a punctuation or space-filler as 'fuck' is in some (most?) of the UK. My French friends thought that 'shitforbrains' was hilarious, which I kind of agree with.

Can I recommend this as a reference for enthusiasts?

Me caga en la puta que pariu (apologies for lack of accents on this keyboard) - I shit on the whore that bore you; turns out I say this as a reflex when someone comes close to crashing into my car at speed.
I am never, ever taking DD to Spain.

bureni · 03/09/2012 13:15

"pog mo thoin" love that one . Irish gaelic for kiss my arse

SPsFanjoSponsoredByFemFresh · 03/09/2012 13:23

bureni my Nanna is Irish and she used to say that to my grandad. I always thought she was saying pop my hole Blush Grin

SPsFanjoSponsoredByFemFresh · 03/09/2012 13:27

softly I have mastered dingnigofie chowhie!

I'm off to go say it to my mum and teach her it Grin

JesusInTheCabbageVan · 03/09/2012 13:54

There's a phrase in Cantonese which (apparently) means 'Fuck your mother with a smelly flower.'

Don't know what the emoticon would be for that.

JesusInTheCabbageVan · 03/09/2012 13:57

Oh, and Valiumredhead - I used to know a guy named Mark who went to visit some friends in Greece. They told him that 'Malaka' was Greek for Mark so that's how he introduced himself to everyone throughout the holiday. Grin

porcamiseria · 03/09/2012 14:09

Mrs Usain

yes it does! but I love it as a word

also LOVE french swearing too

GetOrfAKAMrsUsainBolt · 03/09/2012 14:16

Enculé is a fantastic french swearword.

You can really give it a flourish.

I always have a real soft spot for the Australian 'rack off'

GoldandOrangeAnnunziata · 03/09/2012 14:42

Vaffanculo
Fedduso
Buttana
Vastasazza

My mum is the best at swearing. She learned English in Glaswegian chippies, so frequently comes out with things like 'The next time I see you Imma having to kick your arse!' in a very thick Italian/ Glaswegian accent Grin

GetOrfAKAMrsUsainBolt · 03/09/2012 14:45

What do they mean annunziata?

I love the sound of vastasazza. Grin

Lueji · 03/09/2012 14:56

My favourite foreign swear words/expressions are mostly English...
I'm not British. :o

Here, and probably as in Russian, (big male) goat means a cuckolded husband. Here the word is cabrao.

My favourite ever is from a film or series and it's "son of a motherless goat". I think it was intended not to have meaning, but to sound bad.

LittleMissFlustered · 03/09/2012 15:02

I love you all...

I need to go find a notebook:o
