YABU although Ben is not a name I would use either. I do know a rather lovely young Ben, and a 6yo Ben that could consider world domination.

Drippy names to me are when Ethan becomes Ethie, Jake becomes Jakey and Joshua - Joshie.

I think it's Ashleigh for a girl and Ashleigh for a boy. I did teach male and female Harleys once.

Frances and Hillary sound drippy because they are more usually girls names.

No it's Francis for a boy now I think about it.

My DS's name is Ben. I was going to call him Benjamin but then my Dad said he'd have the nickname 'Benji' and it put me off. He is a blue belt in Karate and Tae Kwondo so I don't think he is wet at all.
