Took my little ones to the beach today and two of them got their jelly shoes covered in dog shite..friggin disgusting... so glad I had put shoes on them...there were kids playing there with no shoes on as they should...and a couple of dogs flying around the beach..so had a lovely job cleaning the dog shite off...WTF is wrong with some people if you own a dog then act responsibly and clean your DOGS SHITE UP!!!!!!!

Yeah this happened to us in a car park the other day. Someone considerately covered up their dogs mess with lots of little pebbles from a nearby flower bed, and my 4 yr old trod on the pile of pebbles and sunk her foot in to a pile of dog shite. Nice.

This makes me so cross, stupid dog owners! (not all of them obviously, just the ones who don't clean up) DH has trodden in it twice this week, I'm just glad it wasn't DS. Is there a law against this? I never catch them in the act unfortunately!

YANBU round here there are a lot of woodlands, fair enough not to have to pick it up in the woods well off the path. But near the path, or where the grass is cut, or the beach, I would have something to say about it.

I hate dog owners who don't pick up their dog's shit, I am a dog owner that does pick up my dog's shit, those that don't give dog owners a bad name.

I disagree msrantalot I live by a woodland and my children like to run circles round the trees/ go hunting borrowers etc, and I don't think they should have to suffer dogshit.
I have a dog. I use a path that I'm pretty damn sure no-one else uses. But I always pick it up, even if it's in the ditch.

tbh though, I have to say alot of dog owners are mad nutters arnt they? you can tell that from all the posts about dogs. I relaly dont think half the people that even talk about dogs with such great knowledge should actually be allowed one.

Yep totally agree - I have 2 dogs and always have plenty of bags to clear up after them. I (or my dogs) often walk in other dogs shite and it is grim!

I often catch other dog owners walking off and ask them if they want a bag. I excelled myself one morning though, saw a dog squat and shouted to the owner to clear their dogs shit - only it was a bitch having a wee!
