to want people to pick up their dogs shite

Took my little ones to the beach today and two of them got their jelly shoes covered in dog shite..friggin disgusting... so glad I had put shoes on them...there were kids playing there with no shoes on as they should...and a couple of dogs flying around the beach..so had a lovely job cleaning the dog shite off...WTF is wrong with some people if you own a dog then act responsibly and clean your DOGS SHITE UP!!!!!!!

As an acknowledged liberal lefty I digress from my philosophy for stating that I think people who let their dogs shit and don't clean it up should be hung. It's totally unacceptable. There are no excuses. Kids or adults there is nothing good about stepping into poo. It can transmit serious diseases and is more unpleasant than anything to clear up.

I don't let my kids poo in the street and kick it onto the 'verge'. Why should dog owners be any different.

I live in France...it's bloody everywhere! But after a year I'm constantly on poo-watch...I've even got my 3 year old doing it now!

DH and I went to Monaco on holiday pre kids *Emma. I have never seen so much dog poo on the pavements. Not as glamorous as it looks. Is it not the done thing to pick it up?

Of course YANBU, if your dog shots the place up you should clear it up. Dog shit can blind children, can't it? Fucking disgusting and inexcusable.

Seriously though, if you chose to have a dog and bought a dog, how in the hell is it not your problem if your animal leaves shit all over the place? What a fucking attitude.

Lem, maybe she should have reported me, my neighbours would have backed me up for why I'd done it as a few had witnessed me asking her to clean it. It would of also have made it easier to report her for allowing the dog to shit everywhere.
