here

I mean, really ? Maybe the man in the picture is not her husband because he certainly doesn't look like the sort of man that other women would be queuing up to steal

OP posts:
Papyrus · 10/07/2012 04:20

Ha! That was my exact thought when I read the article Nigel Grin

GiserableMitt · 10/07/2012 05:14

When I saw the thread title I thought "Oh Gawd, what's she done now?"

I can't help but feel that their marriage will end very badly...

lovebunny · 10/07/2012 05:31

don't fancy either of them. who would want them?

OhNoMyFanjo · 10/07/2012 05:40

IMO she's checking for the next one of her.

Ozziegirly · 10/07/2012 05:52

Bless her that she thinks her overweight, middle aged husband with a crazy handlebar 1970s mustache is worthy of stealing, I find it quite sweet in a way.

They aren't exactly Jools and Jamie are they though? I can't imagine either of them need to worry in the slightest about the other going off with someone else, but it's quite nice in a way that they have these rose tinted specs on about each other.

FutTheShuckUp · 10/07/2012 05:56

I think this is the crux of her issues really- she doesn't like other women- hence the ridiculous bullcrap about other women disliking/envying her. She seems to be becoming a caricature of herself with the delusional things she writes about

GemmaPomPom · 10/07/2012 06:02

I honestly don't think she is for real. No-one is that deluded, surely? I am convinced that the DM have invented her persona so that we all talk about her. It is free publicity for them.

GiserableMitt · 10/07/2012 06:14

That did cross my mind Gemma.

gorionine · 10/07/2012 06:24

I just woke up to the article and to say something positive about Samantha Bricks, she does nevever desapoint me! The laugh factor in a miserable grey morning was just what I needed!

50ShadesOfGreggs · 10/07/2012 06:34

It is often the women married to the most rancid blokes who are the most jealous.

I think it would be worth some sort of study to find out why.

Any scientists out there? :)

HecateHarshPants · 10/07/2012 06:57

Her again?

When I read this thread title I thought someone had found that old "I'm so gorgeous the world hates me" article she'd done.

She trusts him but not other women?

What does she think they are going to do? Kidnap him and force him to cheat? Cosh him over the head and force him to kiss them?

Nobody cheats against their will. If she trusts him, she's got nothing to worry about.

Personally, I wouldn't touch him with someone else's bargepole. He must have a 12 inch solid gold dick or something Hmm

It's not just the fact that he looks like someone set his beard on fire and put it out with a shovel, it's that I remember the other article she did where she described how he is in fact, a shallow twat.

YankNCock · 10/07/2012 07:04

Idiotic, as usual.

olibeansmummy · 10/07/2012 07:04

No way is she for real! Nice try daily mail...

Bluestocking · 10/07/2012 07:07

Given that she thinks Jools Oliver is "a very smart woman in possession of a razor-sharp wit", I think her perceptions of all sorts of things may be all over the place.

ZombieBear · 10/07/2012 07:36

Ahh the latest rent-a-gob, the media must be tiring of that Katie Holmes creature.

If it's a no news day
If no one else can be found
Then hire
Rent-A-Gob

WaitingForMe · 10/07/2012 07:48

I'd say 90% of my calls and emails are to men. It just seems that my network/client list is largely male. Naturally there are the odd jokes, effusive thanks etc;

I'd be utterly staggered if one if their wives got in touch with me. It would certainly affect my view of him and probably damage the working relationship.

Convert · 10/07/2012 08:03

That woman is a fucking lunatic. Good for a laugh though Grin

Gigondas · 10/07/2012 08:10

How much time must she waste doing this?

I think dm setting her up as new version of jizz loans in case her lunatic revelations start to lose appeal (after all most of her recent columns have involved her dressing up).

tethersend · 10/07/2012 08:10

I don't know what you're all talking about. He's gorgeous.

Spuddybean · 10/07/2012 08:15

i agree 50shades I had a friend who's husband was defo not a catch. But she was convinced every woman was after him. Causing scene after scene. At my wedding he was dancing near one of my mums friends and she marched on the dance floor and shoved the woman and shouted NO! in his face and made him sit down and wouldn't allow him to dance.

When she talked about him she would do a patronising 'what you don't understand, because no one fancies your husband and he isn't gorgeous/witty/clever like mine...' It was really embarrassing.

He smoked cigars, had a lazy eye and used to spout random ad libbed poetry.

Huia · 10/07/2012 08:26

YABU - he's a dead ringer for Obelix. He just needs red pigtails and a little dog and then he'd be the perfect man.

Groovee · 10/07/2012 08:31

They may be attracted to each other but it doesn't mean we all want her man. He looks old enough to be my dad.

LaurieFairyCake · 10/07/2012 08:33

Goog God, I can hardly stop texting and sending saucy photos to that sex-god - someone hold me back Hmm

HecateHarshPants · 10/07/2012 08:54

OBELIX!! I have been trying to think who he reminds me of! Thanks, Huia. That's it. Obelix.

VolAuVent · 10/07/2012 08:55

Still can't believe her articles are real.
