He won't get married next year because it's 2013. Not because he thinks 13 is unlucky, oh no, it's because he hates odd numbers so it'll have to be the year after, basically 2 years away!!! He does hate odd numbers, this is true, for example, the volume on the tv will be on 20, never 19 or 21.

Aibu to think this is bloody weird? I'd rather not wait that long :(

I planned to have a baby in 2012, even though it would have made more sense to wait til 2013. I didn't want a baby in an odd numbered year! I also don't wanna wait til 2014.

Well, one of my best friends doesn't do odd numbers, at all. Its not weird, well maybe it is, but its just one of those things. I personally would appease him and wait until the year after, or get sorted quick and do it this year.

Odd numbers are wrong. I was not impressed that 3 of my 5 children were born on odd numbered days of the month! (but so was I and DH!)

Seriously, despite my dislike for odd numbers, it wouldn't put me off getting married in an odd numbered year.

We can't afford it this year, spent all our money on extending our kitchen, and neither of us really fancy a winter wedding anyway. Or a wet one.
