I read she was going for full custody. As much as I think tom cruise is weird does he really not deserve to have joint custody (if intact she is his daughter! ). I think this is unfair on the part of Kate tbh .

The joint custody thing is a tough one if they live on opposite sides of the country I think. Poor kid will have to do a 6 hour flight every couple of weeks? I know she wouldnt' be going commercial of course, but there's still the disruption to her schooling, the jet lag... miserable. Poor little rich girl :( Who ever said money brings happiness?

Well Nicole and Tom have 'joint' custody of their two children but in reality I don't think they see their mother at all. I think Katie going for sole custody is her trying to enure that the same fate doesn't befall her. I'd imagine her main aim is to stop Suri getting sucked so far into Scientology that she 'decides' not to have so much contact with her mother.

She's going for joint custody and flights will be done by private jet I imagine so doubt there will be any queuing at airports involved

Apparently she believes she's being watched by scientologists. She claims there's a big black van with MIB type dudes in it permanently stationed outside her new apartment. After watching the panorama episode investigating them, and seeing the amount of surveillance John Sweeney (?) was under while making it, it all seems very plausible.

She's in for a tough time of it for sure. However, I would imagine a LOT of preparation has gone into this before she filed for divorce and she will have looked into everything (or her lawyers will have) very carefully.

that child needs some normality in her life before she ends up completely fucked up.. you never see her playing with friends, you never see her mother out with friends her own age either
