Katie Hopkins is one vile person. Narcissistic much?

Yeah it's the dreaded DM but...

Oh come ON!! Grin Of COURSE she's a pantomime villain - she's being presented as a "successful career woman" in the Daily Mail!!

All "working mothers" are just like this doncha know? Evil, boot-faced, heartless and neglectful of their children. And how can any woman be possibly a successful professional without shafing her sisters at every opportunity?

Don't you lot know ANYTHING??? Grin

JustFabulous · 28/06/2012 18:22

"And I know other working women will wish me well, as I embark on an exhausting journey of my own ? to fill her place."

Come on then, which one of you working mums are wishing her well?

GhouliaYelps · 28/06/2012 18:23

I'm not fucking wishing her well I hope she falls on her arse

Mrsjay · 28/06/2012 18:27

she can piss right off Grin

EasilyBored · 28/06/2012 18:27

She sounds like a nightmare of a boss. I'd have octuplets if it meant avoiding working for her.

Iggly · 28/06/2012 18:30

I can't budge she's real. Really? Your nanny has looked after your most precious things in life and that's her attitude.

It's hardly surprising a nanny has kids - they must like them Grin

HmmThinkingAboutIt · 28/06/2012 18:31

Oh the irony. Given the Katie Hopkins v Alan Sugar and the debate that sparked about women having children and business...

She quit the apprentice because of childcare issues, and now she's bejudging her nanny having the gaul to have children and upset her ability to do business...

Really, you couldn't make it up. She's pretty much doing the exact same thing that Alan Sugar got lambasted for doing to her!!!!

VegansTasteBetter · 28/06/2012 18:48

She does remind me of the school bully- if you ignored her she would go cry in a corner and we would never hear from her again.

LynetteScavo · 28/06/2012 19:06

Good Lord!

LynetteScavo · 28/06/2012 19:08

"as an employer, I have been landed with onerous responsibilities towards my staff, but I have no rights.
I?m not the one who made the choice to become pregnant, yet she can ask me for maternity leave, maternity pay, days off sick, and time off for scans, often with little notice. The balance is all wrong"

Shock
WhiteWidow · 28/06/2012 19:09

Why on earth did she have children? When neither her or her partner see them much?

anothermadamebutterfly · 28/06/2012 19:13

OMG - what are those children wearing?

SandyBottoms · 28/06/2012 19:13

Was it the poor nanny who was looking after the children while Kate was romping in the bushes with some random bloke. Hmm

SandyBottoms · 28/06/2012 19:14

Sorry I mean Katie.

only4tonight · 28/06/2012 19:17

I appear to be missing a trick here. Where are the fathers of these children and why aren't they taking their share of the responsibility for childcare? Feminist my arse!

manicbmc · 28/06/2012 19:20

Why does her son look like a miniature Boris Johnson?

TheCrackFox · 28/06/2012 19:22

I'd be completely stunned if she works more than 10 days a year. I bet she doesn't even have a nanny and that the entire article is an attention seeking work of fiction.

Manicbmc I just spat my wine across the iPad laughing

stephrick · 28/06/2012 19:43

this woman should be removed as a spokeswoman for working women, Daybreak should give her the sack, even Kate was getting pissed off with her the other day, Katie Hopkins is all money money money.

WhatWouldMargoDo · 28/06/2012 19:49

The daily mail love women who will write articles cheerfully confessing to being vile, it reassures misogynists that, yes, we are this bad, and no, we shouldn't have any power over anything important. See also: Samantha brick, Liz jones, etc.

cahu · 28/06/2012 19:50

Is Xenia Katie Hopkins?????????????????? Oh dear, I have been away for a while and just read a couple of her posts on another thread about the new tax credit system. I left a message saying Xenia reminded me of Katie Hopkins...I should keep up really!

lowfatiscrap12 · 28/06/2012 19:55

she did make me think of a certain Mumsnetter....

noblegiraffe · 28/06/2012 19:57

Scans aren't about making pregnancy an emotional journey, they're a medical check-up to make sure your baby is ok.

How odd to see missing them as a badge of honour as to how little shit you give about your babies.

manicbmc · 28/06/2012 19:58

I did point out to her a while back what would she do if her nanny got pregnant? Would she expect her back to work after 2 weeks? And would she then expect her nanny to employ a nanny to look after her child? Grin
