Dd and dsd both 4 are into the little mermaid at the moment. Dd found a Christmas stocking in the toy box and was wearing it like a fin.

This of course caused arguments because dsd wanted a fin too. I remembered that I had a roll of pink bondage tape in the grown up toy box so I used it to bind their legs from knee to ankle leaving their feet Aw flippers.

The girls were made up with their mermaid tails and had lots of fun but when dp came in he was less than impressed.

The tape is like punk plastic on a roll that sticks to itself but not clothes or skin. It's quite flexible and easily torn to remove it.

So was I being unreasonAble?

Can I just point out that the stuff I used on dds was straight from the roll and not pre used.

Lovebunny, I think it says more about your mind than mine if u think two 4yos playing mermaids are trussed up as offerings. I think dp can distinguish between tying my wrists together for fun and the girls playing make believe.

They use that in the Lab at the hospital where I go to get my blood taken! I had no idea you could use it for anything else , every time I go it's a different colour one, It was shocking pink last time. They use it to hold the cotton ball on and wrap a piece round your elbow. I'll have to tell them next time!

'Trussed up like offerings' where did that come from lovebunny? OP didn't initiate the trussing, her DD did using a Christmas stocking. If it were sexual at all then legs bound together would not be the way to go would it? Very very very few men would think of the girls as offerings but many might be disconcerted by the use of bondage tape in kids play when they didn't know the back story.

Btw OP my wrists are the last things my DH would tie, he likes me to have the use of my hands. Legs together is not a good choice either.
