Just caught my husband watching porn in the living room infront of me and my 3 year old. I'm raving but he told me to get a grip.

I really can't understand why someone would want to watch porn when there were children around.

I mean, the sole purpose of using porn is to become aroused and if your children are around what exactly are you going to do with the resulting horn/stiffy?

Like I said Gordy - child protection law.

Context is subjective, what may seem minor to you would not necessarily be seen in the same "context" by social care. I have seen something very similar go to child protection, and I would definitely refer if I knew this was going on as the child is an passive participant in the activity as he is in the same room. What is more, the referral would be followed up by social services.

I don't make the law, it's there to protect children.

so let me get this straight? Someone sends me a link. I click it. My child is in teh room but cannot see the screen. The link is pornographic.

And that is child abuse?

And surely there is a million miles of difference between watching porn on a screen only you can see and "getting so aroused you rape a child" or whatever someone said on teh last page
