You know when someone says 'name changed but not a troll - missing toaster, poo troll etc'. It doesn't really prove anything, does it? Any lurkers could read all that and still be a troll of some sort, no?

Am bored, can you tell? Grin

We once were sat in a fairly emptyl theatre in the same row of seats as Brian May and Anita Dobson. We had to stand up to let them get to their seats, and my dc were making rude comments on Brian's hair.

Pagwatch · 19/01/2012 11:37

Brians hair is a sad shadow of it's former glory. Anitas hair was quite like Brians. If they had kept Roly they would have been perfect

KatieMiddleton · 19/01/2012 12:31

I'm glad you mentioned Anita Dobson's hair Pag. I kept hoping during Strickly that someone would start an appeal to get the poor woman some conditioner. She scrubbed up very well for the shoes but it was shocking in training.

Pagwatch · 19/01/2012 12:37

I think she is sweet but I don't think they liked her on strictly. Did you see the outfits they kept putting her in? Dear lord.

LeBOF · 19/01/2012 12:38

I've never had a single grey hair, and I'm pushing forty. But I've never had a single thought in my pretty little head either. Sigh.

KatieMiddleton · 19/01/2012 12:44

Yes it was grim. Poor woman.

She spoke very eloquently though when interviewed and she's fitter than I am and she's well into her prime.

Honeydragon · 19/01/2012 12:49

oh hello BOF's back Grin, did you enjoy your flouncette?

So when you say your turn with George Clooney is their a rota? Do we all get a go at being his beard or are you just special Abs?

I haven't coloured my hair for 13.5 months now

Pagwatch · 19/01/2012 12:55

But you are just as cute as a button Boffy.

Honeydragon · 19/01/2012 12:57

Why is cuteness comparable to buttons?

Are toggle comparable to glamour? What about zips?

KatieMiddleton · 19/01/2012 12:59

There's nowt glam about a toggle. Practical is what they are.

The zip is a slutty thing. Not cute at all.

LeBOF · 19/01/2012 12:59

I had about six hours of aggro-free useful citizen time, Honeydragon. Never again

and

Pagwatch · 19/01/2012 13:00

I don't know. I am not fluent in grandma.

PinotVaggio · 19/01/2012 13:01

I have never had a grey hair (am 36) and also don't think much. I think Paggers may be on to something about the linkage twixt thinkage and greyage.

Abs, love, it was Salt'n'Pepa aaaiiiiiiii I know as I asked for their album for Christmas in 1986 and my daft but lovely Aunt bought me it but as an LP Shock FGS. My Dad had moved out 3 weeks previously and I was just like "The world Haaaaaates meeeeee". Bless Hmm

Honeydragon · 19/01/2012 13:05

I am 33 and have had one, dh found it and was thrilled. He is disappointed that no more are forthcoming. Dh when grey at 19 which was not a huge problem as it all fell out by the time he was 30

Poledra · 19/01/2012 13:11

DH and my sister rejoiced, I tells ya, rejoiced the day they found my first grey hair when I was about 37. They both started going grey in their twenties. I do NOT think I will be offering the thinkage/greyage argument to DH...

AgathaCrusty · 19/01/2012 13:15

Link between rey hair and thinking clever thoughts??

Nah!

I've got much grey hair (underneath the colour), but try not to do too much clever thinking these days.

AgathaCrusty · 19/01/2012 13:16

rey??
grey, even.

DP's majorly in denial over his grey hairs, so much so, it's a major source of amusement for me. I think he deliberately avoids looking at himself in the mirror at an angle, as they're all at the side. And he gets "blonde" hairs in his otherwise purely black haired beard. Yes, "blonde" hairs. (as in, actual beard, not fake GF).

I think there must be a rota, as George does work his way through the lovely ladies. At SOME point it must be my turn.

FellatioNelsonsDog · 19/01/2012 13:41

I am very grey. I want to be be all silver and white like Hully but I'm too scared so I keep on colouring it. It really is VERY VERY white around the hairline and pretty grey around the first third of my head, but much darker towards the back and underneath, and my natural colour is a darkish brunette so the contrast is quite severe. I fancy I might be sporting a natty Mallen Streak under there but I'm too scared to find out. I might just look shit. And old.

AbsofCroissant · 19/01/2012 13:47
