To think this woman is putting her child in a very dangerous position with her racist rantings on public transport?

fastweb! yes. that is the way forward.

Do not feed the fire.

I think I've learned something from you today.

I will always keep your comments in mind.

We all live in a Yellow Submarine sounds like the best choice of song IMO, very upbeat i a 'sing along' kind of way Grin

Is it odd thatthe first song that came into my head was Sweet Caroline? Hmm

tanfastic · 28/11/2011 16:29

she's clearly pissed. Stupid cow. Poor little boy.

wahwahwah · 28/11/2011 16:30

Too slow, you need something faster. Old MacDonald perhaps? Something with lots of audience participation.

Psammead · 28/11/2011 16:31

Birdy song.

Psammead · 28/11/2011 16:32

It's quite poetic in its way 'and we go round and round in circles. And we go round the other way'.

Indeed.

ScarlettIsWalking · 28/11/2011 16:35

Just to clarify my point about London being hostile some parts are. I was born in sarf London - the rough part. I learnt very young to keep a low profile on public transport as every day on the bus from school there was a fight and if you looked at someone in the wrong way it was you next.

I am not talking about a stroll around Hyde park , if she had been going through ladbrooke grove she would have had her head kicked in son on her lap or not.

oldenglishspangles · 28/11/2011 16:37

Wheels on the bus gets my vote very easy actions too. Imagine the whole carriage going up and down, up and down, up and down.....

squeakytoy · 28/11/2011 16:38

She has been named now, and her name is all over twitter.

candytuft63 · 28/11/2011 16:39

Just seen the recording. I there may be MH issues here, the mouth moving , in the way it is like that, some meds cause dryness. The whole tone suggests there is more than meets the eye here. The most racist bigots out there would not endanger a child, or themselves (being in the main, cowards who hunt in packs). No doubt we will find out soon.
It is very upsetting to watch, though

musicmaiden · 28/11/2011 16:41

Oh no, dancingmustard, don't read the comments on YouTube as reflective of the moral majority. It is well known that most of the commentators on there are utter, utter morons with no original thoughts and no grasp of sensible argument or nuance (or spelling and grammar).

That or prepubescent kids creating deliberately outrageous persona for laughs.

Either way, that way madness lies.

JamieComeHome · 28/11/2011 16:41

Really upsetting in many ways. Her poor son

PlumpDogPillionaire · 28/11/2011 16:41

fastweb, that's fab. Smile Thanks

'Imagine', for sure.

The very idea is making me feel a bit tearful, actually Blush

squeakytoy · 28/11/2011 16:41

People are mugged, stabbed and beaten up on London Transport on a daily basis. Bus drivers are abused constantly, and there is nothing worse than going on a bus round here late at night.

Succubi · 28/11/2011 16:42

I think if she wasn't holding the child she would have been lynched. In any event I think it looks like a racially aggravated s.4A. I hope she is found and charged.

Oh god Sad wish she'd been 'outed' without being outed iyswim, so she got help and her child/children got help but like this she might be lynched.

JamieComeHome · 28/11/2011 16:49

I agree Brian. I don't like any of it.

Psammead · 28/11/2011 16:51

Oh my goodess, Maryz. Sad

JamieComeHome · 28/11/2011 16:55

You tube comments make me despair, generally. This is no exception.

fastweb · 28/11/2011 16:57

'Imagine', for sure.

That's my fave for the sentiment.

Just not sure I could carry it off if nobody joined in.

I hope she had been outted but my worry would be if it was the wrong person. A lynch mob and a poster girl for racisms is a deadly combination. Not to mention her family regardless of whether there are any mental health issues.

GypsyMoth · 28/11/2011 17:02

What do you mean 'get help'... Some people are this way, they can't be helped.

Blu · 28/11/2011 17:02

I agree with GreyGardens, I have never witnessed any aggressive racist shit like that in my Brixtonish area of S London, but people like her, and the originators of the vile YouTube comments exist and we should never be complacent, or imagine that racism is solely the territory of an unhinged, uneducated anti-social demographic like her.

My child was called 'chocolate face' by a smart expensively dressed articulate boy on a cupcakish sort of Sussex campsite, and his friend was told to 'go back to whatever black sort of country you come from' by a child from a prep school in Dorset while they were all on a school trip to the same centre. Do they get it from their parents, too?

Poor, poor child - he does look anxious, to me. And poor other children - I'm bloody glad I wasn't on the bus with DS listening to that!

JamieComeHome · 28/11/2011 17:04

She's clearly drunk, or on drugs, plus she's racist. Get help for shouting obscenities in public and endangering and upsetting her child. Not sure if the racism can be helped
