On www.rightmove.co.uk (or equivalent) which house is the most expensive nearest to where you live within 10 miles?

For us its this one:

Its not bad but the snooker room looks like a WMC snooker room.

If I had that kind of money, I'd buy the latter in a heartbeat. I come past that house every day and I love it. The view alone is probably worth it.
