HAIR METAL. Needs a comeback. I have a wardrobe full of hair metal band t-shorts just dying to be worn. I want to see men with huge, hairsprayed hair and spandex leggings. AIBU?

I had a week long "liaison" with Sebastian Bach in the very early 90s. I wasn't even a fan of the band. Well, not until after.... :)

I was backstage at that Little Angels gig . I remember it well because some scrote broke into my car parked over the road in the multi storey and stole my entire cassette collection!

Also got invited to the Celtic Manor after Poison/ Enuff Znuff but that is an entirely different story

I'd love it in theory, but remember that long hair/skin tight trousers with toothpaste designs are extremely unflattering for most men over the age of about 27. So unlike new romantic/goth/rave etc its very difficult for anyone who is old enough to remember it first time around to resurrect it with any degree of dignity. Basically if you've lost any hair or put on a single pound since 1988 you're not going to be able to pull it off.

The late eighties/early nineties were sooo much fun. The music was all about having a blast. And it meant a bra and a pair of skin tight jeans were acceptable attire for Rock City!

Saw Sebastian Bach in concert about 5 years ago. Went with my sister (who is 16 years younger than me) - he was supporting Guns N Roses. He came on stage, and my sister just looked horrified at me and said, "Him? No! You shagged him? Ugh" at which the woman standing next to me (late 30s, like me), turned to look at me, grabbed my hand and shook it and said "Well done. Just, well done."
Until that moment I thought that I (and he) were still young...
He still looks alright, actually....
