Posters have to do a lot to get banned from mumsnet. The namechange facility makes it hard for them to keep banned posters out as well. There is one I can think of who was first banned from namechanging then banned altogether but she posted a lot of racism before that point. MN policy is not to censor debate and that allowing certain posts to stand allows people to express disagreement with them. I have to say I agree with this, I wouldn't want to see trigger happy bannage, that's more a NM policy.
