OP - you are suffering from celebrity-itis. This is when a person feels harassed, mentally assaulted, even stalked by someone who is given pages and pages in the media, but not actually known to the sufferer.
the result can be a feeling that this person has an impact on your life, and that stuff that happens to them actually matters, in some way, to the individual.
In this particular situation I think there has been a tragic outcome - you have been forced to come out with some rather misogynistic views. That's a shame, but it probably springs from the fact that you have (slightly incorrectly) felt that this woman has been intruding into your life.
The treatment is to avoid reading celebrity crap. This has two beneficial results: Firstly, it will be very beneficial for your mental health. Secondly, if there is a mass movement to take this action, the media that feeds on this shit will notice a decline in circulation, and switch content. Ultimately, the "Public Stalking Celebrities" themselves will wither, and perhaps disappear.
Domestic violence, it goes without saying, is shit.
