... to think that because I can't see a new IPOAT thread I should start one myself?

Especially as I want to wish CheerfulYank a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY for today. Hope you are having a lovely day.

And here is the patron saint of IPOAT playing Happy Birthday To CY!

Just marking my place so I can catch up later. I've been all atwitter with the holiday this weekend. Much merry-making and fireworks and jolly picnicking.

Hullygully · 04/07/2011 20:40

You'll ne'er catch us!

Drive the horses Sheiky darling, like they have never been driven afore. Lash their silky sweaty flanks till the sweet droplets caress our hot and fevered brows and draw yet further lusts from their secret places I mean, we must have much discussion on the subject of virtue and nuptials.

Honeydragon · 04/07/2011 20:53

oh dear

Hullygully · 04/07/2011 20:56

Aha! Miss Honey, she is one of the most troublesome gels dear Mimi. She needs a rod of iron and an eye of steel.

Mayhap Madame Jins, one of our matronly more sensible ladies might happen by to aid you in your quelling of the Misses Fiddy, Honey and Mini, such giddy, giddy gels.

Honeydragon · 04/07/2011 21:01

Aye I need a rod of iron and eye of style, but after serving Lord Milligan for so long I was tragically ruled instead with an iron fist, a wooden foot and a piece of string.

Hullygully · 04/07/2011 21:05

Lord Milligan? What a strangely short name for one of noble breeding.

Honeydragon · 04/07/2011 21:13

Well one was very familiar

MadameDefarge · 04/07/2011 21:24

Mlle Honey, 'tis ever a pleasure to meet one more adherent to the truth faith'...alas that I was on my travels in exotic climes these many days passed and so failed to make your acquaintance!

But we are indeed all sisters under the skin (apart from Hully, who is SO going to regret trying to nick the Sheik from Umami)

Has she not regaled you with their passionate tales upon our desert adventures (quite possibly not, they were epic, and strangely confused)

But the Sheik is a man of steel, hardened in the pitiless sun of the Sahara, burnished by fights aplenty with brigands and Imperialist invaders, softened by the caressing twilight upon the desert sands, and moved to infinity by the beauteous wonder of Umami!

he is so not going to be impressed once he rips off those veils and sees Hully.

Lovely as she is, she is no match for the bewitching entrancement of the dangerous, glamorous, and wholly lithe and yielding Widow

Hullygully · 04/07/2011 21:28

Oi, I'm like way gorgeouser than her. An I haven't murdered 72 husbands. So ner to her.

MadameDefarge · 04/07/2011 21:32

You play with fire, dear Hully, with fire I say.

But yet, despite your somewhat adolescent turn of phrase, 'tis true you are a pearl amongst pearls, sapphire amongst sapphires ...etc etc..

Umami · 04/07/2011 21:32

Sheikh! My dessicated desert dream! My sultry sandy sultan! My throbbing thane! A meeting of minds and flesh is long overdue.

Honeydragon · 04/07/2011 21:33

I heard 71? I thought the Lt Gaddingly Gad Gordenton, perished halfway up the alter?

Umami · 04/07/2011 21:36
Hullygully · 04/07/2011 21:44

I say, steady on.

Honeydragon · 04/07/2011 21:46

would you like something to restrain her with?

Umami · 04/07/2011 21:48

Sorry, Hully dear, I don't know what came over me. Oh, hang on...

Hullygully · 04/07/2011 21:50

The poor sheik appears to have spilt his milky posset in all the upheavel. Come, dear Sheik, let me mop up your sticky residues. Keep guard, Miss Honey, she is insupoerably cunning.

Hullygully · 04/07/2011 21:50

(Where's ol Pag? This si the stuff she loves..)

SheikDjabouti · 04/07/2011 21:52

Is it time for the gavotte?

minimammoth · 04/07/2011 21:55

I thought he smelt a bit. Not much water in the desert. there is far far too much excitement about, it is over stimulating for the gels, someone must set an example< glowers at Hully and Mimi>
