To decide I would never be life long freinds with someone based on thier footwear?

So today I met a nice woman, collecting her child from the same school as mine. I'd never seen her before (I usually collect from after school club), and we passed a few words about the weather.

Then I noticed what she was wearing on her feet, and started to wonder if I could ever be good friends with her. Confused

It's not so much the shoes that are the issue but my attitude.

Just for the record, they weren't Crocs. Or Birkies. I have been known to wear both. With linen trousers. Grin Wink
