To think it is reallt cruel to give your dd a middle name called "Bean"?

I mean ffs.

Yes it is very cute that they called their dd "Bean" during pregnancy but to actually register it as a middle name on her birth certificate is just cruel!

yes, really! I would have thought most people are known by their first name, so the middle name usually is used for family name that you wish to pass down or silly names you loved but did not dare putting as a first name IMHO.

IMO it is very middle class to give your bump a cutesy nickname then continue it into childhood. And silly.

My dh wanted our ds to have Zeberdee as his middle name or Storm for dd. I had to put my foot down - our dc would have hated us for having such ridiculas names!

I wanted Duke as a middle name for DS (betcha cant guess his first name, lol) but DS put his foot down and we agreed on Benjamin. Duke would have been far more fun!

No actually they do notSmile out of 4 Dcs, only Dd1 has a middle name which is the arabic version of the name Hope.

I know someone who got Zebedee for a first name MrsSparkle!! He's in his 30's now.

I've heard worse middle names than Bean. At least it's not her first name, no-one need ever know....'til her wedding Grin
