I joined online on Tuesday, it has worked for me in the past, the app on iphone is reallyhandy for tracking when out. I went to gym yesterday too!!

We have Mcdonalds picnics in car too, actually the scruffiest terrible place I have been recently is tesco cafe my judgement here is poor poor service (but is handy) but after finding muck on mushrooms I am def not going back.
I love to lsum it in asda cafe but its all tounge in cheek - great value.
