Catching up, catching up, puff, puff, wheeze.
Not just tears, but in coma re 31 as am almost double that and was brought up in a coal mine and any holidays spent at Bridlington. So Envy of all the tales of exotic climes.
No hols since 2008, should be illegal. End of sympathy, since States discosure.

minimammoth · 04/03/2011 14:51

Bugger. Disclosure

Umami · 04/03/2011 14:59

Bridlington? Pah! Barmouth, that's where it's at. Plus, I just got a leaflet in my National Geographic advertising the Costa del Cymru, so it must be true.

minimammoth · 04/03/2011 15:09

Ha Barmouth, the balmy breeze, dramatic sunsets, long walks along the beach. Costa del Cymru . It has a ring.

Hullygully · 04/03/2011 16:07

I have never spoken about sex so much before. Oh Mn, what will become of us all?

BeribbonedGibbon · 04/03/2011 16:18

ahhh I was just coming here to celebrate your usage of a smiley (of sorts) now you must wink, grin and be Shock's often.

BeribbonedGibbon · 04/03/2011 16:18

[shocked]'d even

Umami · 04/03/2011 16:27

Let me guess...sex whilst breastfeeding?

Hullygully · 04/03/2011 16:29

And Ted. Ted is giving out flowers.

OP posts:
BeribbonedGibbon · 04/03/2011 16:30

how did you know? Wink

Umami · 04/03/2011 16:31

Ted sounds nice.

Would Ted pop to the shops whilst breastfeeding a baby and having sex, though? That's want I want to know.

MadameDefarge · 04/03/2011 17:02

Sex? what is this thing you speak of?

I have decided to get back on the saddle of dating. And have sourced another unsuspecting victim nice chap who, rather cunningly I think, I chose for his obvious love of the grape.

minimammoth · 04/03/2011 17:42

Get that harness on Mimi.
Who is Ted?

BeribbonedGibbon · 04/03/2011 18:34

Grin mimi. Good for you. Don't let compulsive mailer and explainer put you off (how you didn't just mail back 'yada, yada, yada shows a restraint to admire)

There is a wonderfully handsome, witty and attentive chap just waiting to find you Smile

Date is fixed for tomorrow night!

We are going for a curry. Which makes me happy.

Did you notice the cunning inclusion of food in this date?

He seems nice and fun, is a photographer and I actually know his older sister..eek!

I think he may be feckless and poor, but still up step up from Mr Rolling in It and up his own, um....you know what.

Hullygully · 04/03/2011 19:50

Good luck fair Mimi. It matters not if he hath not no beans, you're not going to marry him on the first date, surely? Just have some fun!

Umami where are you going in the States? Will you come see me?!

I'm having my last birthday starting with a 2 in May...unless I live to be 200, which is possible. I'm far too stubborn to die, I imagine. :) But before you think I am bragging about my "yoof", let me tell you that I've never been on a proper holiday. Ever. I've never been out of the US except for Canada, which is so much the same as Minnesota that is doesn't count. So there.

And if Jins gets to be Kate Winslet I want to be someone fabulous too.

CheerfulYank · 04/03/2011 20:18

Oooh and do let us know how the date goes, Mimi!!!!!

Umami · 04/03/2011 20:47

Michigan, Cheerful. Probably not very far away in US terms (apart from the big bally lake in the way, although I imagine we'll fly into Chicago), but actually 700+ miles! About the same as Kent to John O'Groats. I'll definitely wave at you as we come in to land though!

And ha! I knew there was someone younger! 29, people, 29!

I think you can be Gemma Arterton in Clash of the Titans garb. She was fairly priestessy-looking in that; suitable for the Grand High Rabstor, I feel.

Curry, Mimi. Good work. I much prefer the sound of feckless photographer. Plenty of naan to line the stomach, and perhaps no sexy stroking of his cheek with a pointy piece of poppadom.

minimammoth · 05/03/2011 10:25

Arff widow at popadom ref.
I too have afreind in Michigan, though have never been.
Good look Mimi.
Brandishes power stick - on with the weekend.

Jins · 05/03/2011 12:52

When did I get to be Kate Winslet???

Polar opposites I fear

minimammoth · 05/03/2011 14:18

Ah Jins. I have bestowed that upon you. As In 'in my imagination'.

MadameDefarge · 05/03/2011 18:40

Right. I have eaten. Even though I am going to eat again. Just want to make sure I am not gulping down white wine in a fit of nerves on an empty stomach.
