I personally am pretending it's not there. To me this thread is light hearted and I am not up for an actual debate at this time of night. Agree it was a shocking post but do have some sympathy for voluntary euthenasia so I can't come out with a flat counter argument.

donkey - is euthenasia such a bad thing - I certainly wouldn't want my DS (and any other children I may push out in the future) burdened with my rotting incintinent carcass in years to come. Obviously if Undertheradar's comment was angled towards just lining up the oldies the second their pelvic floors went (clench girls - for heaven's sake clench!) and gunning them down in cold blood then that might not go down well. But free choice to end one's own life at such a point should be there imo
