Another mum at playgroup today was telling me what kind of personality my 9 month old will have based solely on her star sign.
All pleasant enough stuff but she actually believed it.

I live in a safe & wealthy Mediterranean town with with 350 days of sunshine per year, no traffic, no pollution, and pretty much zero crime. Winter is calm and pleasant, and we are on the beach most weekends as kids play in the sand and the playground while we have wine with our pizzas. Last weekend it was so warm that we were in t-shirts. And soon summer will come and everything will liven up even more. There are always some sort of cocktail, show, or exhibition to go to, but if we get bored, Italy is 15 mins drive in one direction, and some lovely French cities are 15-45 mins in the other direction.
