To laugh at women that don't work but........

To laugh at women that don't work but rush to the school gates 10 mins after the bell and usually rushing in at school finishing time rambling on about how busy they are and there is not enough time in the day.

I only work 16 hours a week and still manage to get everything done and a meal on the table.

So the question is ''Are people that work more organized?''

actually sorry - no it wasn't me that started it - someone started it for me (but I explained the situation further down)

I should say that since then I've revised and decided that I'm not quite so concerned about how he'll cope - as it's something I've since discussed with him Smile

Matchbox!

Me old chum your back!

Good to see you causing shit over your negative views of women again...

On matchbox's last thread of why do women run around like headless chickens after thier families in 1950's manner, . A few of us thought matchbox to be a bloke, however when pushed for further details matchbox fucked off.

Do the same again please...

PercyPigPie · 28/01/2011 19:24

You're clearly highly organised. Perhaps you could spend the time you have left over from being organised taking written English lessons, because your post was so badly written my eyes hurt.

matchbox20 · 28/01/2011 19:27

If my work place do change my hours i will leave....simples.

I am off now I am past bored.

"I am no more nasty than 2/3 of the people on 2/3 of the threads on this site."

OP, I think you will find that 2/3 of the people on this site are compassionate, understanding, supportive of the right for parents to make their on choices in life and non-judgemental of the small stuff in our daily grind. I think you will also find that 2/3 of the threads on this site follow the same criteria.

I hate to break it to ya Superwoman but you would fall into the minority of that statistic.

You got me thinking that when you are strolling down the road, nearly home and see a parent whizzing up to school for a late collection, do you laugh out loud to yourself or do you tell your child then laugh out loud or if you walked with another mum do you tell her and laugh out loud together?

Joking aside, you seem to me to be one of those that frequent the school gates and believe themselves superior to other people. I used to know somebody who had a similar attitude at school and bloody hell did she make my life hell because she said I was ugly, then smelly, then late, then a bitch and all sorts of other stuff - she was saying all these things because she clearly felt bad about herself and inferior to other people. Being nasty and judgemental about other people made her feel better about herself.

I then forgave her because being the idiot she was she had no clue about how she was making herself look to others and that made me pity her.

Terrible urge just to write
I'm a better mother than you na na na na na!!!!
Oh just did it!
I work 48 hours a day, cook everything from scratch, grow all my own fruit and veg, grind my our flour, make my own clothes and shoes, work with orphans, teach my children several languages a day and get them to school on time! Oh and at weekends I advise world leaders on monetary policy
So there!

Come on guys, let's make matchbox's evening- she needs us to get to 500 posts so she can be amused.

It will mean so much to her.

We can do it

TrollyMcTrollPants · 28/01/2011 19:48

Anything to help those less fortunate..

AnotherMumOnHere · 28/01/2011 19:52

matchbox I hope your new job doesn't require grammar and spelling skills ... if it does 'YOU ARE FIRED' as your skills in both of these departments is deplorable. Not PERFECT like you state ........ deplorable ! Simples.

Are we at 500 yet? I'm excited, I'm excited ! See ..... not one spelling mistake !

purpleandpink · 28/01/2011 19:53

OP, I think you have issues if laughing at others makes you feel better about yourself. Do you REALLY think you deserve a gold star for simply getting your kids to school on time and working part time? Seriously? Hmm

I have a friend who is recovering from a long term illness (you wouldn't know to look at her) and isn't working at the moment. She is a brilliant sahm to her 3 kids, is chair of the pta, helps out with the local scouts and raised almost £30 000 for charity last year. She is often pushing it to get the kids to school on time, due to her illness but doesn't like to ask for help.

Which of you do I admire the most....... Hmm CLUE: It isn't you!! Grin

So go ahead and laugh at her if it makes you feel better - I doubt she gives a flying fuck though, as she has far more important things to do than try to make everyone think she is perfect for achieving, lets face it, very little.
